after being forced to leave Ibis Locarno because of partying teenagers, coming to hotel D'Angelo was such a relief, beautiful peaceful and antique ambiente, was just what I needed, the feeling of security, of staff fully in charge, being taken care of from A to Z, that's how a proper hotel will survive for 150 years, highly recommended

We took a 34-day self-driving tour from Beijing, China to Europe, and visited France, Italy, and Switzerland. We checked into this hotel on December 4th and met UALENDWA (Chinese name Xiaomei) who left a deep and good impression on us. We were pleasantly surprised by her fluent Chinese and sweet smile. When our power socket broke down, she was very proactive and responsible in solving the problem for us, which really touched us. This hotel is ideally located in the heart of a busy commercial street. It was the Christmas season at the end of the year, and the whole street was decorated with lights and was very lively. It is indeed the best choice for travelers. We are glad we made this choice. I wish the hotel a prosperous business! I wish Xiaomei all the best and may all her wishes come true!

Extremely dated rooms in every way (electrical outlets, lighting, furniture...etc). However, excellent value for money, considering we are in Switzerland.

In an old hotel, we arranged an attic room with a glass window on the roof, which is exposed to the sun. It is really deceiving whether there is air conditioning or not.
