"The hotel has been renovated since my last visit. At first it gave a good impression. But, the room was not the one I booked. They gave me the key to a small suit, in stead of the large suite I had payed for. The room had some sort of stinking purfume sticks in the room. The beds weer too soft. The soap was some sort of foam, and not a gel. It was also far too smelly. The area that used to be the main resturant, was now reserved for breakfast. What used to be a very nice lounge was now the resturant. I have to admit everything was clean, and the staf were very pleasent."

"Three beautiful days in Lochem and the surroundings have been with a very good stay at Hotel de Paasberg. A nice room, great bathroom and fantastic bed. The staff were friendly and correct with a special mention of the very friendly and service-oriented approach of Samira and Renate that control the profession of hotel staff to the point!"

"Nice welcome with a cup of coffee and something tasty. We had a deluxe room with a balcony. Unfortunately 3 days of rain so no balcony used. Wonderful beds and a nice spacious bathroom. Separate toilet and that is nice. The breakfast and in our case also the game dinner are absolutely fantastic. The pool is often rented out for swimming lessons and according to the hotel, half of the pool is then available, but in practice the pool is then fully in use, including 8 parents watching! that's a shame."

"We stayed here for a night and found the B&B a fine, clean and careful place in a beautiful location. All was clean and freshly arranged. A further compliment to the host: after our departure, I found that I had left my mobile phone. She helped immediately, sent the phone next day and made a huge effort to ensure that, despite a very good turn, it eventually came back to me. A beautiful B&B with a guest woman who really thinks about her guests!"
