We were 4 on a trip between Lombardie / Vénétie. We shared a room for 4 which was nice, very clean and well equipped . Breakfast was excellent with a many choices . The hotel is quiet and has a very nice park with some kids activities . You cas also enjoy a fitness room. There is also a pool but not try as we were in April. Very good choice !

What a great hostel, I’ve stopped at many hostels in my time but this was very much one of the better ones. I can only comment on our private room however. Friendly welcome, easy enough check in even though we arrived at 2am due to cancelled trains, not a problem! Great bar and area, things always happening. We saw a live jazz band in there for the one night we were there. Pub crawls, city tours for free, speed dating have it all. Our room was great, clean and comfortable. It was quite loud during the night, noisy neighbours (not the hostels fault) and a weird kind of opening of vents or something from the aircon possibly. Couldn’t put my finger on it but maybe worth looking at. Thankyou to the team!

After reading all the mixed reviews, I won't lie, I was not sure what to expect. The images on the site looked great so I stayed optimistic. We landed at Bergamo and got a coach transfer to Milan Centrale which was around €60. We had 2 large suitcases so got a private taxi to the hotel which was roughly €20. Be prepared to do lots of walking!! We checked in at 2pm and paid the local tax, and the staff were lovely, all bar one who was always a bit grumpy !! The staff were more than accommodating and welcomed us so well and one of the ladies gave my children a little Minions activity pack each which they loved. Breakfast was included in our package which I didn't realise- brilliant! The selection was good and I was impressed by how many alternative milks they had as well catering to those with intolerances/allergens ie a gluten free diet. (I would however recommend that the gluten free items be placed further away from the pastries and cakes to prevent cross contamination, as well as a separate toaster) Fresh juice was available everyday as well as a good selection of fruit salad, cakes, pastries and different kinds of teas. I would suggest a few more options for those that do not eat meat. Nonetheless the breakfast was great- especially the marble cake!! We had use of the pool and gym included. My children would stay in the pool all day if they could but it was great to cool down in as it is incredibly hot!! The gentleman at the desk suggested taking the 27 tram into the city centre, and this is just a short walk away from the hotel. It takes roughly 20 mins max to get to the centre and runs every 10 mins which is great. We purchased a travel card (3 day and 2 day separately) for €12 and €8 which covered bus, train, tram and metro. (These can be purchased at convenience stores or the metro station). Children also travel free on public transport as far as I know. The rooms were big enough for us and were tidy on arrival. We didn't need housekeeping everyday but the ladies who did come in did a fabulous job and didn't disrupt any of our items. These ladies were lovely and always smiled when we greeted them. We had air conditioning which was a god send as it was very hot during our visit- nearly 40°C!! WiFi is included but you have to get daily codes which was a bit annoying but the gentleman at the desk gave us enough to cover the last few days of our trip. The hotel was clean and tidy as well as smelling nice- I need to know what fragrance is used in the lobby!! The staff were great and I cannot thank them enough for all their help during our staff, they are a credit to the Novotel chain. I'm really sorry I didn't catch any names during our stay, but can gladly recommend this hotel to my friends and family! Arrivederci!!

Went on a lil solo trip for the weekend and this was such a good location, there’s all kinda of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, the duomo is super close, and central station is like 15 mins away. Besides the great location, the staff was also very nice (and they gave me a free tote bag even though I wanted to pay for it, it has their logo on it so it’ll be a cute memory)!!!!! And the room was very clean, just slightly cold in the winter like everywhere else, so just remember to pack well. Each hostel has their own bathroom, which is nice. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink, and electric towel rack to heat up and dry your towels. Very nice. Bathroom also comes with soap, toilet paper, shampoo, and body wash. The hostel also hosts parties and stuff, so it’s an easy way to meet new people. But the hostel also seems to attract nice and friendly guests, because I met some great people literally within 5 minutes of entering my room. :) I’ll definitely book again, but maybe at one of their other locations in Rome or Florence. Perfect in almost every sense. We travelled back from Ancona to the UK and the location, just off the Autostrade, is ideal & much more convenient than Reggio Emilia where we have stayed on the same journey for the last 15 years ! The large secure parking area is a real benefit when travelling with a boat trailer. All staff are very helpful & welcoming and the rooms spacious and very clean..We enjoyed dinner in the hotel which was good quality & value. The buffet breakfast has a fair selection too . We have just booked for our trip next July

Relais from the intimate, comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The suite where I stayed was wide with a very comfortable bed, with long table chaise and two chairs, wide bathroom, everything clean and hygienic to the arts rule every day, All is treated and the service is very careful to the client and unfair, The central location and with comfortable parking , super we will surely return .
