Excellent 4-star hotel, perfect location (next to the Manufaktura) which is within a walking distance to the shopping mall and lots of restaurants, and also a short distance to Piotrkowska street. The hotel itself is located in the old factory, nicely renovated and decorated. The rooms are very good with spacious bathrooms and bathtubs in every room. The reception team was very helpful and greeted you with a smile. Housekeeping service was amazing and they give you a little treat whenever you skip a cleaning day :) One of the best things in the hotel amongst staff, rooms and amazingly located swimming pool (rooftop) was breakfast. Very fresh and has lots of options to choose from (meat lovers, vegans and vegetarians). So it is worth it to get breakfast at the hotel. Overall I recommend this hotel for everyone who wants to visit Lodz, it's ideally located between two major attractions and plenty of restaurants around. The staff was very helpful. Fantastic swimming pool and spa centre. Everything you would expect from a 4-star city break-style hotel.

the room and breakfast was great! service very helpful! Bed and bedding great and very clean (10/10) Problems: no charging of electric cars in the paid underground garage (due to company policy). there are 2 ev chargers but the sockets are turned off as usual. in the room the fan sometimes squeaks about the air conditioning. every now and then the light in the bathroom turns on for no reason. in each! I stayed there 30x! Attention: when leaving the hotel there is ALWAYS someone standing and smoking cigarettes, so if you are going on a date, prepare perfume for your handbag. ashtray too close to the front door. when ordering a taxi, it's better not to be late because the driver will be waiting for you all the time in the WORKING car.!

Beside the good size and modern rooms, but with very bad pillows and sheets, this hotel has little to offer, even as an holiday inn (they are a franchisee that use the brand to attract customers, but do little to recognise brand status). Location at the southern end of the city requires that you walk 1 km to the nearest restaurant and bar, the reception service is soviet style, dry and totally unfriendly. The reception area is as welcoming as a hospital reception, the staff unskilled and definitely not passionate to work there. The venue offers almost no facilities for a new hotel, the gym is miniature in the basement, no pool like at Vienna House and the hotel looked like a ghost ship during my 3 days stay, no customer around. A very weird experience, and definitely not a good Holiday inn. There are much better options in town with much better and friendlier service, i was fooled by the reviews, its a cold and unpersonnal post Communist venue. If only they would treat Diamond status with top service Never going back there (i am in Lodz every quarter)

The hotel is good, not far from the city center. There is a bus station downstairs from the hotel, but if you need to take a tram, you have to walk about 800 meters, which is a bit inconvenient. It's far from the old city, and it takes more than half an hour by bus. The environment downstairs of the hotel is very good, it is a big park. However, there is no convenience store nearby, making shopping especially inconvenient. Overall it is satisfactory.

Center City location. Very new . Very modern. Extremely helpful personnel. Full buffet breakfast was included in the rate. Food was very repetitious but Fresh and plentiful. Getting eggs made to order was never an issue. I would have like to have some smoked fish available but I managed with cold cuts and cheeses . The only three negatives were: The bath towels could have been larger and softer and the shower area in its quest to be modern had only 3 sides thus making it difficult not to splash the water on the bathroom floor. Finally the Bath soap bar should have been larger. Overall a very pleasant experience and I truly recommend it.

The hotel is centrally located and very convenient. It is also next to a large park for walks or runs. The rooms are comfortable and have good amenities ... nothing was missing from my point of view (even had an iron which is not as common in Poland). For me, it was on top of a tram stop and it was easy to get to my client every day. Breakfast starts at 7 am and this was perfect. There is a great choice of hot and cold food and great breads. Easy walk to ”Centrum” and not hard to get to and from the airport.

The hotel is basic but in a good way. If you were in the uk this would be a premier inn or travel lodge. The rooms are small but have everything that you need. The shower was powerful and very refreshing. The location is excellent for all the restaurants and shops of Łódź. The hotel is clean and the staff are helpful. Parking can be a bit of a pain to find but once you know where it is it is easy. The only real downside is that it is located next to a building site, this however was not a problem as we were there over the weekend and their was no activity on site.

The breakfast is very rich, but it is all local food and beverage. The domestic people used to go to the village to follow the customs, and it feels good. However, it is best not to have two beds, the bed is only 80-90 cm wide, toothbrush toothpaste towels must be brought by themselves, foreign hotels are generally very frugal, you have to bring your own daily necessities.

We spent a weekend in this hotel and our stay was okay. It’s in a perfect central location so the main street Piotrkowska is just few minutes away by walk. The staff in the hotel was friendly and helpful, we also had a tasty breakfast and used spa facilities. Our room was clean although in my opinion it could be renovated. In general, I recommend this hotel.

The hotel is situated in a very center of the town with a free private guarded parking at the side. The staff was really responsive and kind. Rooms were comfortable and spatious, bathroom clean, breakfast rich and tasty, everything was just perfect. I highly recommend this place.

We stayed here for one night at the weekend, the room was nice and clean, liked the decor, the bathroom towels were falling apart though! The lady on reception was nice however we went to the restaurant to get a table for two and the guy who worked in the restaurant was extremely rude for no reason at all. The restaurant was full apparently after being told to go down and get dinner, so we asked where else locally we could go, he said he didn’t know… ‘I don’t know’ offered nothing else… I asked the two women working with him (who were not busy at this moment) then said they didn’t know. Rude and unhelpful and very awkward! We left and the receptionist called us a taxi and we went to an amazing restaurant called Brednia about 5 minutes away. Food and drinks there and service wonderful! Came back to our room (17) Couldn’t get to sleep as there were really loud groups in the lobby which was next to our room. A call to reception didn’t help and the noise carried on. I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend sadly.

The venue offers almost no facilities for a new hotel, the gym is miniature in the basement, no pool like at Vienna House and the hotel looked like a ghost ship during my 3 days stay, no customer around. A very weird experience, and definitely not a good Holiday inn. There are much better options in town with much better and friendlier service, i was fooled by the reviews, its a cold and unpersonnal post Communist venue. If only they would treat Diamond status with top service Never going back there (i am in Lodz every quarter)

The hotel's single rooms are very good and cost-effective. The toilet and bathroom are shared, but they are very hygienic and clean, and there is no problem at all. Free coffee and tea are provided. There are sofas in the lobby of the hotel where you can sit and relax. English at the front desk is also very good. Wall crack recommended.

Największa zaletą jest, niewątpliwie, bardzo korzystna lokalizacja - przy samej Piotrkowskiej - mniej więcej w jej środku. Do tego dochodzi bezpłatny parking na miejscu. Poza tym - czysto, schludnie i przestronnie, nawet dla pięcioosobowej rodziny. Przemiła obsługa i przepyszne śniadania, które można zamówić nawet rano przed samym zejściem do restauracji. We stayed here for one night at the weekend, the room was nice and clean, liked the decor, the bathroom towels were falling apart though! The lady on reception was nice however we went to the restaurant to get a table for two and the guy who worked in the restaurant was extremely rude for no reason at all. The restaurant was full apparently after being told to go down and get dinner, so we asked where else locally we could go, he said he didn’t know… ‘I don’t know’ offered nothing else… I asked the two women working with him (who were not busy at this moment) then said they didn’t know. Rude and unhelpful and very awkward! We left and the receptionist called us a taxi and we went to an amazing restaurant called Brednia about 5 minutes away. Food and drinks there and service wonderful! Came back to our room (17) Couldn’t get to sleep as there were really loud groups in the lobby which was next to our room. A call to reception didn’t help and the noise carried on. I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend sadly.
