Courtyard San Bernardino Loma Linda

A truly hidden gem. The only thing missing is a jacuzzi. I really enjoy my stay, from the deco, to the made to order breakfast, to the well thought out rooms, to the soft and cozy beds. I'm so glad I tried it out. I'll forever book courtyard- what a secret!

Rooms really clean. A big shower perfect.

Having the breakfast to grab when before we left was good, but there was only one staff person there and she was very slow. The keypad for the back gate had apparently been broken so it was disabled and our card could not work on the gate. We had to park back there and were unable to use that for access to the hotel and had to walk all the way around late at night when we arrived back at the hotel. That should be fixed.

This hotel was beautiful on the inside very modern. The only reason why I have a negative review is because of a specific staff member who seemed to want to give us a hard time for the couple of days we stayed. She lied about some things regarding checkout and would not accommodate us for some of the mistakes that were made during our three-day stay. It’s really unfortunate because all the other staff members were really nice. However, the restaurant hours were not accurate and the cook left early so we were not able to try the food or drinks! I hope this review will help them improve for future stays!

quit room, nice clean comfortable bed, bar and bistro have friendly staff. I needed a room with a freezer attached to the refrigerator for daily lunch needs.

The rooms appeared to be new and the staff was very kind. The only reason that they get five stars across the board is breakfast is not included. You have to pay for the Starbucks that’s there.

Excellent Room!! Very clean and i had a great stay!!! I would stay there again!! I loved this hotel.

NO swimming pool on site but shared by sister company next door.
