All I need was there! Room was very clean and beautiful, good breakfast choices (very good juices), kind staff, perfect position! We slept on a double bed but with two separate mattresses: little bit unconfortable.

It is a magic place in the middle of the island, closer to the west side. Everything is 5-10 minutes away, walking or cycling. People at UCGM are extremely kind and provide gently and promptly with everything you ask. The place is calm and relaxing, the pool is perfect for refreshing and relax after a day trip. You just can sip a Fruit juice or a Lombok Kopi to add more flavour to the peace of the place. Everything is clean and conceived to make you feel an immersive experience in a magnificent nature. The place is tiny so you should’n t expect a gigantic breakfast buffet, but you’ll have a good choice to taste genuine fruit salad, toast, omelette and other freshly prepared meals.

Nicely decorated room. Expensive for the service: no sea view, cold jaccuzi not very useful, good breakfast but nothing more. Staff not very accommodating, we asked for breakfast 30 minutes later than the scheduled time (10 a.m.) which we were refused even though breakfast is included and paid for in the room. The icing on the cake: +3% fee for paying by credit card which was never mentioned at the start and the only time this happened in bali.

Nous avons adoré cet hôtel situé au centre de l’île et du coup proche de toutes les plages. Les chambres sont très confortables et très bien décorées. De plus c’est vraiment extrêmement propre et sans aucun aucun insecte. Le personnel est vraiment adorable et très présent si on a besoin. La piscine est très jolie et très propre également. De plus le restaurant de l’hôtel est absolument excellent. Pour moi un des meilleurs Hotel !

Tout est dit dans les différents commentaires. Un endroit magique, au milieu de l'île, piscine pour se relaxer en fin de journée, jacuzzi personnel devant notre bungalow, et une chambre décorée avec goût (bravo à Sophie). Le petit déjeuner varié et copieux, avec le sourire du personnel discret et à notre service. Malou est disponible et peut vous organiser des sorties en bateau (tortues, poissons multicolores etc ..). Du sable blanc, un véritable paradis. Nous vous recommandons ce ressort sans problème.

El trato excelente , las instalaciones excelentes el desayuno maravilloso. Desde que llegamos hasta que nos fuimos el trato fue fenomenal tuvimos algún problema de salud y el chico de recepción hizo todo por ayudarnos .. la habitación era preciosa perfecta con todos los detalles que se puede tener . El alojamiento está en una buena ubicación y allí mismo alquilamos unas bicis para recorrer la isla 🏝️ también nos prestaron unas aletas y gafas con tubo para hacer snorkel así que muy felices 😀. Recomiendo este alojamiento totalmente 💯
