Located at Senggigi..a very happening area crowded with all resorts and hotel..very friendly and helpful staffs..floating breakfast is super cheap..only an additional 100k rupiah and you may customize your menu...kudos to all the hotel staffs..I guess the problem lies with the top management..this resort has a magnificent interior landscape design..creating space and utilizing area BUT it was very old and Def need maintenance...water patches and stain is almost everywhere...I guess certain repainting work is very much needed...also..it's not child or elder friendly as that's too many stairs to climb up..of course the scenery worth the climb..yet this resort need an upgrade asap

Cantik, friendly staff, food also tasty! Toilet a bit scary (people from outside can see you 😅)
Overall I really enjoyed myself staying in Svarga!

Overall is good, open bathroom is suprised for the first time but you get used to it later. Wifi connection is not so strong, but you can still connected. Nice view, helpful staff, affordable price.

It's annoying when we can't refundable.
The lift was broken.
Should be Trip.com and Svarga has good testament for the customer, make it easy to refund.
Not using customer money, if customer wasn't happy you both we won't using anymore.
I just waste my money can't refund.
Any rat 💩, 🪰, not buffet for breakfast. I just paid for floating breakfast but I got a little breakfast.

super comfy room and totally great experience to stay in this hotel. the services was great, evwn we ask for early check in and the view just wow. disclaimer : the lift wasn't on that time.. it needs extra effort to reach the top of the hotel for breakfast or swimming.

Resort location is on the sengigi beach main road. Room was clean but some facilities was not really well maintained (acceptable because of pandemic). overall loving the ambience of this resort.
