"The worst hotel I have stayed in during my more than a month of traveling in the United States. I originally thought it was managed by Hilton and wouldn't be too bad, but I didn't expect to spend 2,000 yuan and have no way to sleep! 1. The area where the hotel is located is not good, and the surrounding business is sluggish. Driving out for dinner, business is down, and “f**k” tourists are written on the wall! I found a Japanese restaurant and was about to get out of the car when I saw the words "stay safe" hanging on the door of the store, suggesting takeout. 2. The front desk initially assigned us a room on the first floor next to the stairs. Outside the bedroom's floor-to-ceiling window was the hotel parking area, but it was not a closed road. Outside the window were the trash cans of the hotel and business next door. There are also homeless people walking around on the trail from time to time, which is too scary. I felt unsafe and asked the front desk to change rooms. The front desk said that there were only rooms on the 2nd floor directly above me (the hotel has 3 floors). Anyway, they had to give me the room closest to the stairs. American houses are made of wood. When someone walks up the stairs or passes by our door, it feels like an earthquake! So when you make a reservation, do you specify that you want a quiet room? Or is it the most disrespectful thing to send guests over with Ctrip? 3. When the air conditioner upstairs is started, it makes a very loud noise. 4. It’s 12 o’clock in the middle of the night, and there are still people making noise outside! 5. In addition to the sound of the air conditioner, some equipment can also make some kind of scary sound when taking a shower next door or upstairs. 6. I was able to stay in a very good resort hotel in China in 2000. I was also drunk when I went to the United States to spend money to participate in a hardship summer camp."

There is no sound insulation at all. My child got scared and had a fever. It was so dirty that I dared not sleep. There were footprints on the bed and the floor was not wiped. They knocked on the door twice in the middle of the night and scared me away. The crying next door lasted until four in the morning. Ctrip must give me an explanation, otherwise I will complain!"
