Really enjoyed the space and ammenities provided in the two bedroom suite. However, the room did not have a pull out sofa bed that was shown in the booking which caused an issue for sleeping arrangements.
The staff moved quickly to provide a roll away bed, however it was quite old and provided no support - so the mattress wound up on the floor.
The sofa and the lounge chair require a good fabric cleaning. They were less than appealing to sit on.
Besides these two hiccups, everything else was fantastic. BBQs were available for cooking dinner, the suite provided a fully functioning kitchen minus oven. The impression of mini golf faded away when we realized there were three pitting holes.
Overall we were happy with our stay - the staff and the room.

Hot and cold Breakfast was excellent. Bed was comfortable but pillows were puffy but got flattened once someone used and laid down on it.

Friendly staff, clean and spacious room, amenities well kept and free buffet breakfast was fantastic! Close to many restaurants and shops for all your needs. Definitely staying here again next time I’m in London!

Not enough beds for families with several kids.
Where do I start?
Went to check in and found out the room we booked (1 king and 2 double beds 2 bedroom suite ) no longer existed due to recent Remo’s.
When I mentioned that my 3 kids (mixed genders) couldn’t share a king sized bed together they says we can give you a cot and one of the kids can sleep on the couch.
The cot is not SAFE at all see the photo provided I used a stuffed animal to show what happened to my daughter whom slept in it. The springs are too far apart.
My daughter moves a lot and ended up getting her head wedged under the bar and edge of mattress!
I woke up to literally screams of panic!
When I mentioned it the person at first said oh okay that’s it!
The second night I put the mattress on the floor to avoid any further issues.
We are a family of 5 and the 2 bedroom suite was camped as we had to modify the room so everyone could sleep properly.
The breakfast was ok nothing over the top but food went fast. The hours could be a touch longer (630-930)
Housekeeping was super polite and did amazing to keep our room clean s as nd restocked. However not enough towels or blankets.
Overall decent room but slightly overpriced. Cots need to be removed and updated.
Location is great but hotel sits in a cluster of other hotels.

Hotel was located in a nice area close to plenty of food options. It was a 10-15 minute drive to downtown depending on exactly where you were headed. Breakfast was nice. Unfortunately some amenities were unavailable for a large portion of our stay (wi-fi/television).

We had a great stay at this hotel. It seems like it was recently opened…the pull out couch still had the plastic on the mattress! The breakfast options were very good and the hotel was quite modern. Would definitely stay again!

The bed was comfortable but we didnt have any cleaning service for the days we were there. I found out from another guest that it had to be requested. The AC was loud. Overall, the experience was acceptable. The counter staff was very nice.
