The hotel’s service is merely adequate, but it could be improved. For instance, basic amenities such as bottled water are not provided in the rooms

The tub backed up, the room smelled, yelling in the hallway in the middle of the night, parking lot was full of snow, homeless people approached us at the door. I was supposed to have one of the two nights refunded and still have not received it

It is conveniently located downtown with clean rooms, and the breakfast is quick and easy. Unfortunately, because there is a drug rehab center nearby, there are homeless near the hotel. The homeless do not disturb residents, but it may be a surprise to see this for those who are not used to seeing homeless and who may be suffering from drug addiction.

Good value
Excellent value for the cost of a Queen room. Staff were attentive, helpful and parking underground secure with gated access.
The room was clean, well stocked with towels, tea/coffee and a modest breakfast was complimentary.
