Rose in the cafeteria goes above and beyond for customer satisfaction making a morning away easier to navigate. The meals over the course of a week were varied, nutritious, and tasty. Egg dishes prepared in an entirely different way throughout the week instead of the common scrambled is all we have.....thanks for starting my days off right!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast provided was very good. Bath tub is old and dirty. Light switch cover in bathroom was filthy. Things need to be wiped down/dusted. Second time staying there and the beds are by far the most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept in, to the point I got up and slept on the very small love seat.

Had a hard time to open the room door. Staff are nice, but due to the improper maintenance we had to sleep as unsafe. We can't go in and out. The room door key is not working at all.

Trisha was an excellent staff.
We have allergy to carpet. She provided us the room without fuss to transfer to a noncarpet room. I did not expect that!!! THANK YOU for saving us to go to unwanted hospital visit for the night.

The ground floor room was convenient for loading/unloading the car using the patio doors. For security the patio doors had both a lock and a bar. The breakfast provided a choice.

Fine for cost.
Fine stay for the price, but some odd things that could have been better. Half filled (or used) complimentary products in the bathroom. Bath tub does not drain correctly (slow or clogged). Overall comfortable bed and room in decent shape, just out of date.
