My family and I have stayed in this hotel for a few years while visiting family over the Christmas holidays. It’s always been a decently affordable hotel and gets bonus points for having a pool. Over the years it’s become clear that the hotel does not make enough money for basic upkeep, it’s extremely outdated and very much in need of renovations. I think the next time we visit London we will spend a little more money to go somewhere a little nicer.

Location is conveniently just off of the highway. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They were doing several renovations/upgrades while we were there (early 2025), but hardly noticed (did not impact our stay). It will look great when the restaurant upgrades are done.
