Good location as close to a mall and convenient to commute by bus.

Rooms are clean

I had to go to Windsor, so I made a reservation, but when I found out that the hotel address was in London, I made a request online and by phone in 1 minute, but was told that I could not cancel, so I had no choice but to stay at this hotel in London and go to Windsor at 4 a.m. This is a bitter memory. It was my fault, but I cannot give a good review to a place that cannot cancel a reservation made by mistake within 1 minute.

Simple and affordable option. It's a bit bleak around here.
