The staff are amazing but the cleaning people need to put much more effort in. Dirt being the couch, boogers on the bathroom wall. Absolutely disgusting

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was disappointing. The photos online were quite misleading—the reality didn't match the presentation. The hallway carpets were wrinkled and had an unpleasant smell, giving a poor first impression. The room itself was outdated and lacked basic amenities. There was no hot water machine or kettle, which is surprising for even a basic stay. The bed sheet looked as though it had already been used, although hotel staff inspected it and explained the creases were from folding. Still, it didn’t feel fresh or reassuring. To make things worse, the swimming pool was closed for maintenance during our stay—something we weren’t informed about beforehand. Overall, the hotel is not well maintained and I regretted choosing it. I’d recommend looking elsewhere unless significant improvements are made. 1. Security door lock broken 2. Heating and thermostat old and hard to operate. Didn’t dare to adjust room temperature. 3. A hole on the wall. 4. Missing paint everywhere inside the room. 5. Badly broken glass in one of the entrance door into the building.

The aircon needs to be cleaned up and upgrade the button are gone and its not working but the rest is excellent

It wasn't a bad stay. The room served its purpose, at a decent price.

The hotel room is old anf has smell. A 2-star hotel acceptable clean but not really clean. The room has awful smell and very old. There are couple of flies flying around when we checked in. The bathroom does not have ventilator at all so all the smell just stay inside your room. There is no fly screen at the balcony/patio door so cannot open it for air circulating as afraid mosquitos and flies would enter the room. Not central air system. Just 1 unti AC so pretty noisy.
