It wasn’t exactly clear how to order room service from Jack Astors. I was unable to access the menu from the bar code. I ended up just attending the restaurant in person. Everything else was great.

Great location- walking distance to many restaurants, parks and amenities! Our room was very spacious and clean! Great views! Breakfast was good but could have offered more variety! Some common areas in the hotel were dated and not finished well. Elevator floors were dirty and not cleaned overnight.
Parking on site was secure and expensive!

Very nice hotel. The suites were quite comfortable. Great location—plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff was very accommodating.
