Room is comfortable and nicely equipped. Note there is no minibar for the standard room. Cleanliness of cups and utensils was OK, but the norm for the UK

I caught an early flight to Venice. It was a great choice for an airport hotel. I arrived late and left early. I couldn’t provide any comments on the environment. It was just that the transportation was convenient. No complaints. The price-performance ratio was okay.

Amrit and d’aria helped me a lot to make booking and gives a good service. Very good area Clean and nice room. Staff is friendly. Bed was comfortable We enjoyed here. Will definitely return. Highly recommend hotel Your staff is running this hotel Keep it up

Rooms are large and comfortable. Plenty of food for breakfast and the breakfast room is very large. The hotel is close to the centre which is only just a short walk away to the shopping area. Also there are Plenty of places to eat which are close by

Be very careful. We have stayed here on multiple occasions however recently it appears that if this 'hotel' is approaching full capacity the hot water is non existent. We spoke to several other guests who had had the same experience and yet the staff seem very surprised when told and also unable to do anything about it. Until they refurbished this was a great hotel bit now - no it's not worth the increased price
