Near to trains station. Bed linen clean. That’s were the positive stops. Smell of food and smoke overpowered in corridors and rooms. Loads of rubbish outside hotel. Rooms in terrible need of renovations. Tiles falling off in bathroom. Badly stained toilet,shower totally unusable. sock covering smoke alarm. Other peoples rubbish in the room. Dark depressing corridors and rooms. Receptionist asleep and snoring when we left in the morning. Just left key on reception desk.

Not a great hotel experience at all as there was no parking available even though I doubled checked. There was loud music playing until after midnight, bathroom was dirty and no tea/coffee facilities. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Booked last minute for one overnight stay. Checked in quite late which was no problem. Guy at front desk was very helpful and friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, with a TV, no complaints at all, will use this hotel again for sure. Was also nice and quiet which is absolutely what I needed after a long day.

This is simply the worst place in the entire London, might even wanna sleep outside than staying here. Absolute disastrous. Cant even find the words to use, might not even have them in me. Firstly after arriving, the man in the reseption use 20 mins when we are short of time to phone around because the room aren’t Ready yet. When we got our room there was not even toilet paper or hand soap. In the middle of the night im waking up to a waterfall from the roof because of some rain outside. Of course no one in the reception, and no phone number thats working. And on top of everything, There is no one in the reception when we are leaving in the morning so they cant take any complaints. Terrible place that should be closed down or atleast should not take more than £20 a night

DO NOT STAY HERE. We booked last minute due to missing our last train home. Upon arriving in reception with my brother and my 8 year old son we were greeted with an open bottle of bleach next to a bottle of coke in an empty reception. We asked for a family room and was given a room with 1 bed, live wires hanging out of the walls and no light bulbs in the lamps. The shower / toilet was dirty and the place looked like it hadn't been decorated since the 70s. We had no choice but to stay. It's a horror show. DO NOT STAY HERE

Budget hotel, but very impressive for a budget hotel. Comfy bed with free Wi-fi. Best part was that you can check inn any time coz of 24 hours front desk. Very friendly staff. Alexandra palace is just 7 minutes because the train station is just opposite the hotel. Manager gave us proper guide how to get to central London and to get to the most popular attractions in central London. It took us only 14 minutes to get to Oxford Street. Lots of Turkish restaurants within 10 minutes walk. Enjoyed our stay.

One of the decent hotel in North london, it’s 2 star so I had not that much expectations. Let’s start with with location. Shelton hotel is just opposite station, which you can travel to central london and get there in 15 minutes. Alexandra palace is just round the corner. Very friendly staff. Comfortable bed and on the top have restaurant in the hotel. Fairly satisfied.

I came with my friends to visit London. We found the Shelton hotel through one of my friends. Very convenient place. Haringey station is just opposite the hotel. It takes you 20 minutes to get to almost all attractions to central London. Very friendly staff. They have a wonderful restaurant downstairs. We had a decent and comfortable stay.

Nicely located in the heart of london. Great staff and room was comfortable and clean will be back when the festivals start in the summer have been staying here for a few years now. No complaints. Though the breakfast could have a few more options.
