Arrived - was assigned a bed that did not seem to have the linen changed, I would say it was a month since any housekeeping had been done. Desperately rundown and uncared for. Avoid like the plague. I was not expecting the Ritz but at 28 pounds a bed, I did expect clean linen, a lock on the door. and regular housekeeping.

If you are not a producer who needs an inspiration for new horror movie, DON'T GO THERE!! We plan to sleep in shared dormitory. The room was really disgusting. It was very smelly, dirty, the part of window was broken, the wall with wallpaper was broken. On the bed in the middle of the room was some cases and thousand of rubish (probably from homeless which staying there long time). Stay there overnight would be really dangerous and I think I am not any type of princess who needs any luxury condition (my sleeping in Nepal with cocroaches weren' t so bad experience like imagine to stay there overnight). Finally we decided to leave this place,but the persons at the cash desk absolutely didn't cooperate with us.They didn't give us any confirmation we don't sleep there,didn't call their boss when we make the request on it..I know this could be their piece of cake-solve this type of problems with customers. In the same time another group had the same problem like us-not won't to stay there and see the same arrogant behaviour.we will try to get the money back from *********** now,but I am not sure we will get it...so please DON'T BOOK IT!THIS IS A BIG FRAUD!!
