I chose this hotel during my visit to London and it was very close to Raynes Park station. Its facilities are great, the bed is soft, the staff are very welcoming and the breakfast it served is lovely. The only shortcoming is that it doesn't provide 24 hour heating so it gets a little bit chilly in the evenings.

Super friendly receptionist, very helpful and informative.
Room was clean and tidy, very comfortable bed & lovely bathroom. Overall a lovely stay.

It is a good hotel without any particular fault.
However, they only provide 30 minutes of Wi-Fi and tell you to pay GBP3 to buy it if you need it.
No matter how little it is, I still feel bad. I'd rather spend that money on hotel fees in advance.
If you use such a strategy of including and providing unlimited Wi-Fi, the company will also benefit from

First impressions weren't great! The carpark was difficult to find as there's no sign on the gate and the carpark was filthy with trash all around the bins. Our room was very clean but extremely small, more like a pod and one of the curtains was partially falling off the rail making the room look scruffy. Staff were lovely though and there was a really nice bar and cafe area.

I stayed for one night and ate at the restaurant. The food at the cafe was very good. Anna took care of me and was fantastic. The salad and pizza both tasted great, the service from Anna was great, I only waited 15 minutes maximum and she was very friendly and helpful.

A little disappointed with the price as the day before was bank holiday And that was showing as a cheaper price (£30 difference) than the Tuesday I booked. Check-in was easy, However, there was a slight computer issue that two staff are trying to sort out in between checking me in. Room was clean, but the body wash/Shampoo dispenser in the bathroom didn’t work. I pre-paid for dinner, there were 5 feet ahead of me At 7 pm, Unfortunately, it took 45 minutes for my burger and chips to arrive after a 15 minute wait to order as there was only one member of staff in the kitchen/bar.

I had a lovely stay! Nice location, quiet nights sleep, Yushup at reception was very accommodating and helpful great asset to his employer, needs a pay rise or some sort of bouns for his great work Also the cleaning staff are excellent Thank you yushup
