Really helpful and friendly staff who create a warm and welcoming environment. Repeat guests because of the wonderful staff who are always kind and caring, they leave one feeling very valued. The staff who deserve the most credit for creating the lovely, relaxed atmosphere and therefore our repeated stays are the absolutely brilliant Cristina, Ileana, Sydney, Ravi, Mica, Jenny, Luminita, Edita & Florin. This hotel is always clean and the chefs at breakfast do their utmost best to leave us satisfied and meet all our requests. Jenny & Florin deserve special recognition. Reception staff go above and beyond to meet all needs and requirements, especially Sydney, an amazing star, who's always friendly and has time to help, Cristina, an angel, goes the extra mile to make the stays comfortable and reaches out to make life less difficult, Ravi, a good man, always willing to help and meet all your requests, and lastly, the lovely Ileana, without whom none of the repeated stays would have happened, who has helped accommodate our needs, a kind, compassionate, considerate and very understanding lady. Best option for budget stays in London.

We stayed at this Premier Inn for two nights at the end of January. We had checked in on line so when we arrive at the hotel at around 11.45pm we assumed it would be an easy process to collect our keys and get to our room. When we arrived at room 515 we soon discovered the room had not been cleaned after the previous guests. We immediately returned back down to reception to get this sorted. We were told that on their records this room had been cleaned. As you will see from the attached photographs this was not the case. It took a while before he believed what we were saying. He did then suggest we went back to the room to take photos so we would be able to make a complaint after our trip to their guest relations department. He then said they only had one room left being 330 which was clean. We did wonder if this room is not often used. Stains on the carpets and chair and just generally felt unclean. Only one towel in the bathroom for us to share & on the second morning we had no hot water, not even tepid, absolutely freezing. We spoke again to reception about these issues and again they gave us the details for guest relations. We have stayed at Premier Inn hotels before but have never had such a bad experience. On their website site they say if you experience does not meet the standards of the Premier Inn you will expect a full refund under the Good Night Guarantee. We have had communication with guest relations and they have accused us of not relaying our problems to reception so there is nothing they can do. This definitely is not the case.
