1 Bar-none, the best hotel experience I have ever had. Review of Hotel 41 Pending review I was traveling alone on a one night stopover in London on route back to the U.S. It was a rare moment to myself to breathe after spending 6 weeks, 24/7 with my teenage daughter and in-laws. But, I couldn't have anticipated how wonderful the experience at 41 was going to be. It was like getting a brief chance to experience what I imagine life must be like for the Queen. As I walked out of the doors of this spectacular hotel and around the neighborhood, I realized that I was spontaneously grinning. I couldn't believe my good fortune. The staff at 41 are exceptional. From the moment I walked in the door I was met with sincere (but never overbearing) warmth, kindness, and a level of professionalism beyond any I have ever experienced in a hotel setting, or any other customer service experience for that matter. Every single member of the team was absolutely wonderful. Their attention to detail, anticipation of the clients needs, and desire to go above and beyond were extraordinary. Being that my stay was so short, I had just enough time to explore the neighborhood on foot for an hour or so...the location was ideal--a 2 minute walk to Buckingham Palace and St. James Park, beautiful little pubs abound, and easy access to the tube. Central, safe, and just the right level of bustling. The hotel itself was gorgeous--intimate but not stifling. The executive lounge/dining room was sophisticated but not stuffy. Stand out examples of what made 41 especially comfortable: A dreamlike bed, lovely robe, and little touches like an Elemis ”quiet mind” pillow spray in an organza bag left on the bed upon arrival--even the chairs in the executive club seemed designed to make one feel at ease while enjoying a gorgeous breakfast. Spotlessly clean, from top to bottom. Un excellent rapport qualité-prix! If you have the chance to stay here, take it.

The Goring

London|0.49km from Buckingham Palace
The hotel is small overall but exquisite and has a century of history. The Queen's badge is hung at the door, which means that the Queen can be served. This badge is also available in London or the Ritz Hotel. 1. The hotel is not 5 minutes from Victoria Station. The Royal Stable Museum is next door. It is only 10 minutes to Buckingham Palace. After visiting Buckingham Palace, you can walk along St. James Park through 10 Downing Street to Big Ben. These attractions All within walking distance. If you want to shop, choose a hotel in the Mayfair area. In addition, three or more colleagues in London recommend UBER, the subway is really expensive. 2. Upon entering the hotel, the bellman was very active to help carry the luggage, and then a special housekeeper would greet him. After the name was determined, he would take the guests to the cafe for check-in, and the drinks were free. 3. The room is relatively large in London. Aparsel is used for toiletries, aerated bottle of mineral water and hilon is used for a normal bottle. These are all royally certified products. The service of turning the night bed is also very attentive. On the bed is a little sheep, a mascot of the hotel, which can be taken away. There will be water on the bed, slippers on the bed, and pajamas on the wardrobe. There is no small refrigerator in the room. I don't know why. 4. If you book a room with breakfast, you can choose to dine in two places of the hotel, one is the hotel's restaurant, here is 1 Michelin star, here is a la carte system, providing full English meals, but dining here is more slow. In addition, if you choose to dine in the cafe, only bread and drinks are provided here, which is suitable for guests in a hurry. In addition to the hotel is not very convenient for shopping, it can be considered perfect, it is worth the experience.

This hotel is very clean and well located. The second time I stayed at this hotel, the last time I was on a business trip a few years ago, the company booked on the extranet platform, and the stay was good. This is a personal trip, but there are some different experiences. The room is divided into five stalls. Because of the 28-inch suitcase, I don't want to live in such a crowded place. I set a club room in the middle stall (32 square meters). Open the door of the room and enter the bedroom through the narrow aisle. It can basically reach the standard of ”go to bed when you enter the house”. The luggage can just be unfolded, but it is stuck between the wall and the bed after expansion. There is no walking space. To go to the bathroom requires a large Jumped over. A small window, the scenery outside is moving, strange pipes accompanied by the low noise of the machine. The contact hotel was told that there was no room to change, and that the room was full (obviously there were plenty of rooms on the night of each booking platform), and contacted Ctrip, saying that ”the hotel has been contacted, the room type is correct, as for the noise, there is no way out of room,” If you are afraid of noisy, please keep the windows closed ”... I booked a room with breakfast and welcome fruit, but the hotel said that Ctrip did not inform, so no fruit without breakfast. After contacting, the hotel even said ”Give me breakfast for you.” The price at the time of booking is obviously early. Why give it away? As a Ctrip Diamond member for many years, I do feel some discomfort. Do I have to choose an overseas platform channel to ”please stay” when I book an overseas hotel?

The Resident Victoria

The hotel is not big, but there is a kitchenette, which is especially suitable for European parent-child travel. Breakfast at the breakfast shop on the corner downstairs is also cheap and good. For the hotel, the overall feeling is very good, easy to travel, bus stations, subway stations, supermarkets, McDonald's, shopping malls are nearby, in general, supporting facilities are complete. Worth living here.

The best hotel we have ever stayed in . From the first moment we arrived till we checked out service unreal . We arrived very early and our room was ready the girls on reception are so efficient and always smiling and always say hello and are there to help with anything we asked. The breakfast was out of this world and again it’s the staff who make it such a joy . Food tasted unreal . There is nothing that anyone could fault about this hotel . Tony on the door so good with people . A special mention to MOHAMOUD he was so efficient and couldn’t do enough for us . He was always smiling and we noticed he was watching his guests all the time to help them with bags or door etc . He will go far in the company . We already booked to come back next year . Well done everyone at the Rubens

Highly recommend this wonderful hotel. Excellent location with Buckingham Palace being just a few minutes walk away. Reception staff are a credit to this hotel, very welcoming and helpful as are the restaurant staff. Rooms are AMAZING, we stayed in a superior double which had underfloor heating in the bathroom, lovely toiletries and shower, luxurious bathrobes and slippers. Loved the turn down service. Never seen a television like we had, fabulous. Even though the restaurant is in the basement it felt light and airy and both dinner and breakfast were absolutely delicious.
