The location is super convenient, and it's only a three-minute walk from the company. I'm really happy about it. Opposite is the subway station and train station. I love breakfast! ! ! Fortunately, I ordered breakfast. There are a lot of fruits and yogurt that I like to eat. This breakfast is the healthiest thing I eat every day! Beautiful and clean hotel with wonderfully attentive staff. We booked this hotel at the last minute (arrived less than an hour after booking because our previous hotel was not what we would expect it to be,) and we were immediately relieved upon entering the Westin. It smells like a spa, the staff welcomed our tired family with juice, and after checking in, Krishna (the front desk manager at the time) provided our children with teddy bears and passport books for them to collect stamps from staff throughout the hotel. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a more welcoming arrival. The next morning we were attended to by Neal in the hotel restaurant for breakfast, and he was very kind and considerate as well. The location of the hotel is by St. Paul’s Cathedral and plenty of pubs and eateries. We were very happy with the location, cleanliness, and safety of the hotel.

Lovely 2 night weekend stay - Room immaculate and fantastic size - ample storage, seating and very large bed. Bathroom was stunning as well as functional with large shower and separate freestanding bath. Hotel had a nice ambiance to it and felt very clean. Had dinner in the restaurant on night 1 - service a little slow but burgers were fantastic. Breakfast was decent but wouldn't get too excited. Also seemed to be some tables with a la carte orders despite that not being told to everyone. Excellent location next to OXO building, right on the thames. Would stay again.

Very nice stay at the Bankside hotel though not without some difficulties. We had asked for a quiet room but were placed right next to the lift lobby and opposite the water dispenser, and with hard floors throughout the lift lobby and entrance area of the rooms this meant a LOT of noise coming in the room at all hours. In fairness, the front desk tried to find an alternative but it was not what we were looking for so we opted to stay where we were and made the best of it. Aside from this everything else about the stay was great, a really lovely modern hotel with very friendly and fun staff, great breakfast (though not cheap) and good location on the South Bank. We would definitely stay here again (though ask not to be in this room location). Special mention to breakfast staff who helped get extra fruit for our toddler and concierge who gave him Christmas gifts from the tree... lovely touches.

W/End away in London. We were looking for a hotel close to the river Thames & St. Catherine’s Docks inc. Tower Bridge & St. Paul’s Cathedral. Eventually we found the Clubquaters Hotel in St. Paul’s. which was was spot on for location. The hotel was superb, great facilities, inc. a gym. the room was lovely, Reception staff were very helpful. Just off the Reception is a direct link door to the superb Cotes Restaurant, so we could start our day off with a great Full English Breakfast. Yum…Yum it was spot on! The location of the hotel is superb….St. Paul’s Cathedral right next door…a Bell Ring away….the River Thames including the famous Millennium Bridge, a short walk away. Close to St. Paul’s Underground along with city bus stops and numerous extremely convenient shops., couldn’t fault it. Spot on!

I would like to say what a wonderful time we had at this beautiful hotel over the weekend. We were only 1 night and wished we had booked more. I would especially like to thank Zaema for her happy, friendly, helpful manner. She is a credit to you and your team. Nothing was too much trouble helping with tube instructions and timings and the hand written note left in our room was an especially lovely touch.

Good location, right next to Trafalgar Square, next to Tesco express and Macdonald. The hotel room is also large. Friendly service, you can order Chinese food with just eat. The room has a microwave. Hygiene is average, seems gray, and the bathroom has a slight odor. There is no own parking lot. There is a cooperative parking lot on the other side of the square. You can park temporarily at the door and drop your luggage before going to the parking lot. Parking is 44 pounds a day and about 37 pounds with a hotel coupon. There are actually two hotels here, one is grand and the other is cq. I booked grand but lived in Cq. I do n’t know how to arrange it. When the hotel is not busy, it is sold at 7-800, and the price is good. After all, it is close to the Thames and other attractions.

The only downside is the hotel's network. The WiFi is very slow and it has to be connected. Later, it cost 5 pounds to upgrade the 24-hour WIFI. Actually, I still kept dropping the line. I found that my mobile phone was spending traffic again without paying attention. I had to keep connecting and I was very broken. This point needs to be improved.

The staff is very nice and welcoming, No elevator, it's inconvenient The room is on the ground floor, and the road is outside the window. It ’s super noisy. If you open the curtains, people outside can see the inside at a glance, which is very inconvenient. The location is very good, very close to the subway, but there is no elevator in the subway, and the luggage is heavy. If you take the subway to the airport, you have to carry it yourself Nearby are the Tete Museum and the St. Paul's Hotel. There are many restaurants nearby, and it is convenient to eat.

Came as family booked family room. Given inner room which is small ( compared to other inns) also has a window that looks to the inner atrium area but window fully frosted out. No light and claustrophobic. Air con turns itself off (told it’s on eco mode) so makes room stuffy and feels even more claustrophobic. Taps to bath plumbing wrong way so turn to cold and makes water dam hot. Taps very lose in bath also and tap to basin won’t turn to hot. Need plumber maintenance big time. Bedding to Short for bed as sheet didn’t fit beds so rolled up. Staff very happy and helpfully but room maintenance and this horrible frosted window makes it poor. Breakfast good but please get the mix berries fruit out of the freezer well before putting out. Like eating frozen food. Nice position for west end theatre and St Paul’s. Please spend some time on rooms and get rid of this full frosted windows.

A brilliant location with a incredible view of St Paul's cathedral. Reasonable facilities, some of quirks to the apartment that is growing tired in some areas. They require a security deposit which isn't indicated in our initial booking and I am still awaiting its return. The shower was blocked but after an email they came and unblocked it. Overall, I would definitely stay again and rate the apartment a positive 9/10.
