Facilities: The room is small but comfortable. The bed is moderately hard and soft. The electrical appliances and lighting are very good. The charging is in line with modern design. The orientation and layout are reasonable. The bottom of the bed can be dragged out of the cabinet to place the suitcase. There are blinds on the windows that cannot be opened. There is a bar opposite, but it is not noisy at night. It is quite safe. British hotels do not have toiletries and slippers, but there are towels, hand soap and shower shampoo, a hair dryer, and 2 bottles of still water for free every night.
Service: Every service staff has a good attitude. Some are very enthusiastic and can store luggage for free.
Transportation: It is very close to Farringdon subway station, about 7 minutes walk. It is very convenient to take each subway line to go anywhere and go to the airport. There are public buses opposite the hotel and at the corner to various attractions and King's Cross Station. King's Cross Station can also be reached by foot in about 20 to 25 minutes.

The air conditioning in my room was inadequate and made me feel unwell. I really wish there had been an option to open a window, as the air felt stale and not fresh. Additionally, the check-in process was unnecessarily long due to a large group of guests ahead of me. It could have been managed more efficiently. However, when I expressed my frustration, the hotel manager stepped in to assist and promptly provided my room key, which I appreciated. Still, the extended wait was avoidable.

The staff were lovely and friendly from the moment we dropped off our luggage. The room was very clean (right down to the mattress & pillows - I pulled all the covers off to have a look!) and we slept extremely well. In the morning, the breakfast area was very busy & we were asked to help ourselves to drinks and wait a few minutes on a sofa, until a table became free. In only a few minutes, there was a clean table for us. Staff were busy all the time, cleaning and replenishing supplies, but remained cheerful and polite. They were highly professional and efficient. Well done to all!

Early check-in given by Mr. Al Kabir upon my arrival was very much appreciated. It has been a pleasant stay in London being away from the city center but near enough to get everywhere easily. The room was clean and equiped with everything needed.

A standard brand so was not expecting much but very pleasantly surprised. Checkin efficient, room spotless. Asked for extra towels and produced in a moment. Free proper coffee in lounge a very pleasant and unexpected bonus. Room a bit small for my liking but adequate for one or two nights. Lots of sockets for chargers etc. surprisingly quiet for the location. Will use this brand again.

I chose the hotel based on proximity to the Barbican, for London Jazz Festival, and got a decent room rate. Great location for exploring, good restaurants nearby in Exmouth Market & Farringdon and walkable to the West End. Clean, compact room & nice staff. Would stay again.
