EBS Hostel London

this was a great layover btw cities.... the manager/owner, a nice Frenchman was truly awesome in helping and ensuring the best for all of his guests. I would highly recommend it, great value. Location is tricky. Pls ensure transport.

I loved everything about my time at this hostel, so many huge common spaces to relax in, the bed was fantastic, the ensuite bathroom was fantastic, the additional facilities were fantastic and of course the people were fantastic!! Everything was chef's kiss 🤌 I never ever write reviews, but this hostel is totally worth one! 100% will rebook here if I visit London again :)

Excellent value for money in London! For value for money this was a perfect choice in London , great location and lovely room but it's evident this is a newly set up hostel - check-in and general communication needs to be improved (please update Google maps (the number I called on there also wasn't for the hostel , add contact details ie. a website or phone number ,or reply quicker than 4 days that it took on this app, have an electronic pin pad to enter rather than using a key ). For me it was ok but during my 3 nights I encountered multiple people outside the door wondering how to check in or once inside wondering where the staff were , also one night at 4AM a lad who was banging on the door trying to get in. I won't complain about the banging and general noise that can be heard through the walls because it's a hostel and it's expected but I will definitely urge you to improve communication with your guests in the future. A little (well, not so little) gem of a hostel with excellent staff and facilities! The rooms are quiet, clean, and all come with an en suite bathroom. No out-of-hours check-in means you don't have to put up with your roommates moving and settling in the middle of the night. A fully equipped kitchen, plenty of communal areas, garden with a jacuzzi, cinema room, and much more, make your stay a 5* experience. Location: All the shops you might wish for are just a few minutes' walk away. A 15-minute train ride from Catford Bridge will take you right into the very heart of London. I cannot recommend EBS Hostel highly enough. I wish I had discovered it much earlier.
