Strategic located just next to the Paddington Station, just a stone throw away to the station where you can take the Paddington Line to reach Heathrow Airport. The breakfast was great and delicious, room is spacious and clean. Highly recommended.

The hotel is very new and super close to the Paddington Station. The station is literally just across the street and the lift is there too if you have a large luggage. The room is very new and clean, but the only complaint I have is that there is no refrigerator in the room and it does not provide slippers. Also please note that the queue for checking in is long. Other than that, the hotel is really a good value for money and I will stay here next time when I am in London.

Infront of Paddington Station. Very accessible to London city center. Staffs are accomodating, helpful and fast.

Room is ok size for London.batheoom size is really good. It is very convenient to Paddington train station - just right across the road. At the train station you could find supermarkets. And there are many restaurants with different cuisines around.

Great location. The underground and railway way stations are just at the opposite side of the road. There are elevators all the way from the train platform of Heathrow airport. There are quite a number of cafes and restaurants nearby. The room is with reasonable size. Everything is clean and new. But there is not a refrigerator. Get prepared to add GBP5/night to your budget per night, to top up the wifi. The mobile phone signals are very poor, while the free wi-fi is with very low speed. It needs your patience for opening your emails. Audio/video meetings are impossible.

Overall experience is very good.  Except housekeeping which could be performed in more details and without guest’s special request.  Cafe is very good for traditional British style breakfast with choices.

Perfect location at Paddington Station (opposite Elizabeth Line, close to National Rail / Bakerloo / District Line). A bit of walk if you are taking Circle from King's Cross / Hammersmith&City. Neat and clean room as usual for Premier Inn.

Hotel is new, everything are good and clean,except restaurant was closed due to maintenance. There is no telephone and refrigerator inside the room. Room is quiet enough, security is also good/

The hotel is very good locations connecting with Heathrow airport and business works.

After a nightmare start due to Trip.com not paying the hotel for our stay, even though the payment was withdrawn from my account, the staff at the hotel were brilliant, they contacted Trip spoke to them about the problem and tried very hard to sort it out, trip.com were not helpful at all, so after sitting in reception for almost 2hours I finally decided to pay again, then take it up with the bank, I did this, but eventually Trip paid our bill and the hotel refunded my second payment, the staff at the hotel were very friendly and knowledgeable, helping with taxi’s with things to do all sorts of help, the food in the restaurant was excellent the drinks were excellent, and the price was very reasonable for London, the hotel is just across the road from Paddington station which was brilliant for us, the room in the hotel was clean tidy and very well presented with coffee making facilities too. Would I stay again, absolutely it’s a hotel that makes a stay in the capital a pleasure.

Had an early flight out of Heathrow. Perfect place to stay as the hotel is directly across from Paddington. Recommend!

We order a twin bedroom. But it was 2 beds with one as a sofa bed, not a twin bed by definition. Also, room makeup service is not very good. Even if we request room makeup, the toilet is not cleaned. Having said that, the breakfast buffet merely cost &13.99 but kids are free, very good deal.

Very close to the station and under the bed have space big enough for 2 large luggage storage.
