Hotel Indigo LONDON K WEST SHEPHERD'S BUSH by IHG

A very elegant British-style hotel located in a safe area. The facilities are good, and the bedding is quite new. The front desk staff greeted me warmly upon arrival. The breakfast was quite rich; each person could order one hot set meal, with other items available buffet-style. I stayed for three days and was very satisfied.

The hotel was very clean and quiet. The 'Zhenxuan' room was a good size, the bathroom was spotless and well-designed, and the sink was even suitable for washing clothes. Finding a good value hotel in central London is incredibly difficult, so I was really pleased to discover this place. It's close to the tube station, has a supermarket nearby, and is located in a lovely residential area. I stayed here for a few days of sightseeing and ended up extending my stay.

The room wasn't huge, but it had all the basics. The air conditioning was powerful, and the room was cleaned daily. The front desk staff were very friendly and efficient. My flight arrived early, and I got to the hotel around 9 AM. I was just planning to drop off my luggage, but they checked me in right away, which was a pleasant surprise! As for transportation, there are plenty of bus stops within a 5-minute walk from the hotel, and the subway and a shopping mall are just 6-7 minutes away on foot. Getting to tourist attractions is also very convenient.

This is the best hotel I've stayed at in London, and I've visited many times! This hotel just opened in 2026, and I boldly booked it because I'd previously stayed at another hotel from the same brand in Hangzhou. The hotel environment is exceptionally good – it's only about a 5-minute walk to a subway station, and there's a huge shopping mall and supermarket nearby! All sorts of restaurants are also available! The room was super clean and comfortable! I highly recommend it! Even if you want to visit major attractions, it's only a few subway stops away! All the front desk staff were young, vibrant, and very friendly! Since my flight was at 6 or 7 PM, I asked if I could have a late check-out. The hotel staff kindly extended my check-out until 2 PM, and my children and I had a wonderful stay here! I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in London!

The hotel room was super spacious, about 25-26 square meters, which felt much more comfortable than the small rooms in other London hotels. The area around the hotel felt very safe, and it was just a 500-meter walk to the subway station and a market.

I barely left the hotel due to jet lag. The mattress, pillows, and bedding were incredibly sleep-inducing, and the atmosphere was quiet and comfortable – definitely worth the price. Unlike other hotels where I just drop off my luggage and only come back to sleep at night, IHG hotels consistently deliver reliable quality. I even extended my stay for another night, very satisfied!

Overall, a pretty good experience 👍 The hotel is very new with stylish decor, and the room was set up very cozy. Breakfast was delicious 😋 and the staff were all polite and enthusiastic ❤️ They even helped me book a taxi to the airport 🚕! The hotel is also super convenient, just a few minutes' walk to the bus station. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in London! 😎

A brand new and spotless hotel! Staying here was one of the best decisions of our trip. The room was spacious and bright, and the cleanliness was outstanding! The staff were warm and friendly, and the location is excellent – very close to both the metro and bus stations, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. This will definitely be my go-to hotel next time I visit London!

I chose this hotel for my trip to London to attend a concert, primarily because of its convenient location near Wembley Stadium. The hotel has been recently renovated and looks beautiful, creating a very comfortable atmosphere. The room felt spacious, and the bedding was exceptionally clean. Housekeeping cleaned the room daily. I didn't get a chance to eat at the hotel restaurant, so I can't comment on the food. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and it's also close to the train station. London's largest shopping mall, Westfield (Rasapy in original, corrected to common English name), is also very close, about a 10-minute walk away. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with very convenient transportation.
