I had a basement room - very small . Lights didn’t work so it was very dark. They did bring me a lamp.

just opened after a complete renovation. Very nicely done. only complaint is tiny rooms. But super nice with fabulous location. Would definitely stay here again

Fantastic hotel which is in a great location, staff were all very friendly and extremely helpful. Bar closes quite early and it’s a bit pricey compared to other places but it’s very nice. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel has been refurbished and trendy. Rooms are of good size and the beds are very comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Though the colour schemes are dark and the lights have to be kept on most of the time.

Beautiful room - amazing bed, nice design, great shower etc. The property only opened in Feb so everything feels new. The bar is in the lobby so not that atmosphere it staff are nice and maybe on the nights they have live music it is different. Breakfast good. Location brilliant. Will be back. ( Had a king on 3rd floor)

New hotel opened back end of Feb 2026 and it shows. Everything was modern and fresh, very well designed. Staff were excellent especially the staff on the bar. Air Condition within the room was set to lowest 19 which was fine and kept the room at a cold level, very hot o/s. The room itself was well decorated with all amenities you could need however the rooms are small, so as long as you have this in mind, you will be fine. As someone who likes to work from hotel room the desk and facilities due to size of room do not facilitate this well, if at all. Lots of charging points and plugs though. Windows opened which is something i prefer to not opening which a lot of hotels do nowadays. The location if you are exploring Kensington / Knightsbridge is great, near shops, tubes, drinks / food etc however if you business in Mayfair/Covent/City areas its a little far out to make it convenient, in my opinion. Overall a hidden gem, fresh, modern and designed. Would prefer the rooms to be bigger and with bigger work space / desk but still would rate this 10/10.

Perfect hotel in the Kensington High street area for the price point. It’s fresh and clean and the rooms are bigger than some competing locations. We did not use the bar/ restaurant but it looked well tended and vibrant just like the rest of the hotel. Definitely marking this on our places to return to in London.

Everything about this hotel was fabulous. Myself and my teenage daughter loved it. Unfortunately it was a very short trip, but we will definitely be back and I am already looking at booking for 2 nights next spring when we’re back in London for another concert. Staff were lovely and Kensington is beautiful. Great location on the high street, spotlessly clean and the air con fantastic given the heatwave and exceptionally hot weather conditions. Highly recommend.
