Great location, right downstairs in Chinatown, so dining and shopping are incredibly convenient. The only minor issues are that there's no parking right in front of the hotel, and there's a step at the entrance which makes pulling luggage a bit tricky.

The hotel is a bit old, but its location is fantastic, only a five-minute walk from the National Gallery and Trafalgar Square.

A prime location—just steps away from LEGO, the winter market, and Greggs, making it super convenient for exploring the area. The hotel itself was awesome, offering a stylish and comfortable stay. The highlight was definitely the rooftop bar—the view was absolutely magnificent, perfect for unwinding with a drink. A fantastic stay overall, and I’d highly recommend it!

Very close to Chinatown and the subway station, which is great.

Got upgrade to a higher category room with much spaces. The room design is chic, breakfast selection is limited but main course is cook by order.

Maybe best location if you want to discover center of London and hop on-hop off between sightseengs 

The hotel's location is perfect,, providing easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and the underground. We were pleased to receive a room with a fantastic view overlooking the square where the street performances were. However, we were disappointed with the cleanliness standards. The wooden floor was quite sticky, and we could hear the sound of our sandals when walking. There was visible dirt on the drawer too which made us hesitant to unpack our belongings. Overall, while the location and view were excellent, the cleanliness could use significant improvement.

Great Location , close to tube and many restaurants around. Lovely rooftop. Only downside : éternal waits for the only 2 elevators and very irritating that staff for 1 floor , empty handed Blocks takes the elevators instead of stairs. All rest good

Excellent! The service was great and very friendly. The only minor issue was that the shower water kept fluctuating between hot and cold.

The service was amazing the location is the best so convenient to reach everywhere by walking or tube also the pancake for the breakfast was so good if there is fresh juice would be even better

Great location but rude service in rooftop restaurant and room cleanliness questionable.

Perfect location, close to everything ! Just the hotel is under construction and some rooms are not available on my arrival date, sent me to another sister hotel which is not too acceptable.
