Very good location and transportation. We can easily walk at night time without any dangerous.

Location is very great, close too the station.

Everything is great, the location is super - near Baker Street and Marylebone station. We stayed for one night (transfer). It is very valuable that there is an opportunity to leave luggage, many thanks for that!

It's all good! It's just that the breakfast is very British and not delicious.

i was in staying with travelodge as i had work in london. joyce made my experience worth while and put a smile of my face after long work hours with her bubbly personality and witty banter.thank you again for being a ray of sunshine in the dark city of London.

If it wasn't for the receptionist, Joyce, this stay would be completely lost in my memories. Nothing about it was memorable, as is normal with travellodges but, Joyce, gently endearing and throwing insults at me and my colleagues with her beaming smile and unforgettable laugh, really made us feel welcome and more than just another guest. Thank You Joyce.

I had a lovely stay and the highlight was certainly Joyce on main reception who made me feel very welcome. I haven’t stopped in London for a while and she gave me some recommendations of food / restaurants in the morning which was really helpful.

Room is not clean, with old socks left, no hand soap, room smells dusty, too dark, and wifi cant even reach our room, and we extra for it.

Really good, typical for Travel Lodge. Early check-in fee of £15. Wifi lasts 30 mins, then charged, one to be aware of if needed. On checkout, Grace on reception was really polite and professional offering to help in any way she could.

Perfectly located for many of the sights of London, helpful and friendly staff, especially Joyce on reception. Good value so more money to spend in London!

Stayed in a family room over the weekend, absolutely dreadful. Room is cramped, water pressure is a disaster meaning a shower is worthless. Had an issue with the vending machine taking more money. The bloke in reception was laughing throughout, talking in his native language in a mocking tone. His name was Verdu I believe . Absolutely no manners or good customer service, he told me not his problem. Wanted to see my bank statements and laughed throughout. Awful place, awful staff. Letter of complaint has been sent in, lets see if i get a response.

Great location. Comfortable beds. Rooms kept at a good temperature. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Joyce who made us feel very welcome.

Stayed with my girlfriend for the night and we were greeted with a lovely receptionist Joyce who was amazing. The room was good also.
