Very good hotel. About 7-10 minutes walk from Paddington. Quiet neighborhood, with shops and restaurants nearby. 8 minutes walk to Hype Park. Good breakfast, all staff are very polite, and helpful. Brilliant! 🙏

The hotel is simply decorated but very neat and very clean. I felt very comfortable staying in the room. The staff is nice and friendly. The breakfast is ok, simply western style, but good quality. The location is great, just 10 mins. walk from the Paddington train station, and the tube station is just opposite the train station. It's very convenient to get on the tube to go around London and get the train to go outside London. The picture on the web is of a pub building opposite the hotel. If I go to London, I will definitely stay here again.

Second time staying in this hotel. Great location, many nice restaurants nearby, close to Paddington station. Staff are friendly.

The room was a bit small, which is typical for European hotels. The bed was a standard 1.31-meter bed, quite rare in mainland China, and definitely a tight squeeze for two people – so cramped you might even fall off! The mattress was pretty soft and comfortable, though. What was most unacceptable were the separate hot and cold taps for the sink. You either got icy cold water or scalding hot water, screaming hot! I have no idea what the designer was thinking. The surrounding area is very pleasant, a high-end residential neighborhood in London. Hyde/Kensington Park is just a 400-meter walk, and the subway and bus stops are very close. A bustling commercial area with restaurants and supermarkets is about 300 meters away. Considering the price, it was okay, but you'd pay double during peak season.

The location is perfect, and the reception staff are polite. The room is clean. However, for Asian guests, i think, the facilities may feel too basic — there are no dental kits, no slippers, no room tissues, and the bath towels are only changed every three days.

For London standards, the room was quite good. It was snug, but I could open my 28-inch suitcase without an issue. The location is fantastic, with a supermarket and coffee shop right downstairs, and Hyde Park just a stone's throw away. The service was exceptional – very friendly and welcoming. I'd absolutely stay here again on my next visit to London.

The room was carpeted, so it did not feel very clean. The shower was bathtub and there was not enough place to put our clothes and creams however, with the price that we pay, I think it is OK and we cannot complain too much.

Fantastic location! It's just a 5-minute walk from Paddington Station, nestled in a wonderfully peaceful neighborhood. The area also boasts an array of excellent dining options, from delicious brunch spots to Chinese and Japanese restaurants.

The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from Paddington Station. The room was quite spacious. While the breakfast selection wasn't huge, it was perfectly ample. They offer free luggage storage, which was very convenient for exploring the city. The hotel is also close to Hyde Park. As I had just arrived in the UK, I spent quite a bit of time walking around the park to help overcome my jet lag.

Stayed at this hotel a number of times now.Never ever any problems whatsoever.Staff always friendly and helpful.Rooms cleaned to a high standard and location excellent.Cannot wait to go back.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, conveniently close to the metro station and just a short walk from Hyde Park. They offer a very accommodating luggage storage service, both before check-in and after check-out. (A small note on their process: they'll provide you with the key to a CCTV-monitored storage room, you then place your luggage inside, and promptly return the key to the front desk staff.) The rooms are a good size and spotless, well-equipped, and thankfully, there's a lift – not all hotels in the Paddington area have one! The staff are attentive and polite. Overall, it offers excellent value for money and is definitely worth a return visit!

Great hotel location, easy access to Lancaster tube station. Breakfast is really good in quality and price with warm croissants and pains au chocolates. The coffee is also from a proper machine with many choices. A particular thanks to Sebastian from the reception who went beyond and above with his customer service! A truly enjoyable stay!

Very good overall. The front desk staff were attentive and welcoming. The room facilities are quite new, and they even have USB charging ports. The location is also excellent for transport, making it a great choice for a trip to London. Plus, there's a small Chinese restaurant right across the street.
