This hotel is very near to Trafalgar Square. Many eateries around 6 streets from roundabout. Walking distance to Big Ben and you can walk to the golden jubilee bridge And you can view the London eye. All within walking distance from hotel. Very convenient.

The hotel is located in a great location, minutes walk from different Tube stations and close to the National Gallery. You can also take a nice walk up the Mall through the garden and towards Buckingham Palace. And you can get to Chinatown within 15 minutes walk and Covent Garden within 10 minutes walk. The hotel is a bit old but they have maintained it well.

The facilities and furniture in the room are also simple, the windows are small, and the bathroom is very small. It feels like a domestic two-star level. First impressions are important and unfortunately ours was not great. We did arrive early, so did not expect our room to be ready, however receptionist couldn't even break out a smile. Not a great smile. We left our bags and went for something to eat, returned 5mins prior to official check in. Room still wasn't ready, no offer to use lounge (which I only found out about the next day from another member of staff). After asking numerous times, room was available. Receptionist not helpful. Had to ask times of breakfast, no hotel info and no enjoy your stay. Very basic for price, had to ask for towels.Cost of breakfast £50..extorniate for what it was. Would we stay again? NO

Love this hotel. We've stayed several time, but not recently as it had become more expensive. However, they were offering some cheaper deals in the winter, and it was great to be back. Staff are lovely; rooms are great, and the location is perfect. I keep meaning to ask where they get their pillows, because they are the most comfortable ones i have ever come across!

Location was great and staff was helpful with requests. I wouldn’t consider this a 4 star hotel though. The property definitely needs to be updated and some of our bedding was dirty upon arrival. Solid stay overall.
