Best Western Greater London Hotel

I stayed in room 302 in March 2026 for 1 night. I chose this hotel because I stayed there before and I was very impressed. This time I was given the same room again, I liked the room. It has a large comfy bed and a nice clean bathroom. The breakfast was really good as I like vegetables and they do great omelettes and fresh vegetables. The reception staff are very kind and helpful during my visit and remembered me from the last time I stayed. The hotel is in very easy access to the underground. On this visit the Elizabeth line was closed and I had to get a bus to agents Hill. This was very easy. There are plenty of places to eat around the hotel including an all you can eat from £11.99. I always have a good Stay at this hotel. There is a kettle with plenty of T and coffee. Some people staying on my floor were very noisy but that was all I can criticise really as it wasn’t the hotels fault. Very kind staff. There is a decent TV in the room and plenty of towels. During this trip and overnight stay I visited the Ramses exhibition at Battersea and images are included in this feedback. A good hotel to stay in that’s great value just outside central London about 20 mins on train.

Due to Elizabeth's line was broken in some station, we can only use the replacement bus to hotel. Location is good if the underground is not always suspended. Price is very high on Saturday, we pay almost 100 pounds for a night.

The room itself was surprisingly fairly nice and quite clean. It seems to have been recently refurbished, as the carpets were newer than what was shown in the older online photos. The TV was also quite decent. However, the service and amenities were not what was to be expected from a hotel. The front desk staff wasn't outright rude, but the check-in process was entirely robotic. There were no smiles or basic pleasantries—just abrupt commands like "ID" and "sign" rather than full sentences. Additionally, they were quite stingy with the in-room tea and coffee; we were provided with two cups but only given a single tea bag. Overall, an okay room let down by a lack of welcoming manners and basic provisions.

It was easy to book in, room was decently sized. shower was big enough. They should mention about the deposit fee necessary on the page. I did not have 100 pounds at hand and had to struggle. Idk when they will finish pocessing it and the deposit is paid back. Hope I did not get scammed.

It’s clean. Can’t complain about that. Staff and service is also good. But, rooms are very small and window opens to another room. If the room opposite open the windows, it will touch. It’s that close. So, couldn’t open the curtains and it was brutal during summer.

Convenient close to train station easy to get to , if you are lucky you might get parking space . Good value for money I would stay there again.
