Convenient location, situated 2 min walking distance from Russell Square Tube Station.

Comfortable stay and a convenient location. Able to check in early and check out late. Great experience overall!

The hotel claims itself as four-starred standard but to me, they just provide a three-starred service. First, no fridge was provided in the room unless upon request, and the fridge was not cold enough which made the milk rotten. Secondly, water coming from the shower head was weak and was not hot enough. Third, I found yellowish stain on one of the pillows. Most of the personal items, such as slippers, comb could only be provided upon request. Finally, tissue was not refilled after room cleaning on the last day of stay. Apart from the above, the hospitality service was fine.

The hotel was not clean, the ventilation in the rooms was inadequate, there was no water, slippers or bathrobes in the rooms. The bathrooms were very old and dirty, the rooms were very small.

Everything is good. The breakfast is good and the room is quite wide. Also Christina in reception helped me a lot especially I felt it's very friendly for the guest who speak Chinese. Thanks a lot and I will stay here next time.

Great location , within walking distance of Kings Cross and Euston stations, also close to Covent Garden. Nice area a with small shopping centre next door. Very efficient service and very nice breakfast. Perfect for a one night business stay or for a weekend seeing the sights. Russel Square metro station is just behind the hotel on the opposite side of the road , so easy to get everywhere.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Bloomsbury London and had a fantastic experience. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city and close to shops and restaurants. The staff were incredibly friendly, and breakfast was a treat with a tasty cooked selection, fresh fruit salad, and Greek yogurt. Highly recommend!

I lost my my valuable backpack in the outside restaurant, but I didn't realize it and misunder stood it was lost in Holiday inn Bloomsbury London. Hotel manager Mr. Lopes helped me to get what happened through CCTV. Further, he consoled me when I was scared and depressed. I found my backpack finally, thank Mr.Lopes and all his staff on duty on 08Feb2025. Thank you very much, I will stay at this hotel in London next time.

Dear Sir/Madam, I stayed at Holiday Inn bloomsbury,, the receptionist was very kind and helpful. But I have a problem. I left my sling bag in my room, and when I returned to my hotel room, some of the money in my bag was missing. I had counted the amount of rupiah in cash that I had, before leaving the room. Someone had come inside my room, opened my bag amd took it. The lesson is don't leave your bag in your room even if it's just for a moment or for breakfast.

Everything is great, breakfast is good! Location is great. Only one bad thing: there’s no fridge in the room.

People were nice and kind. Quick and fast sevices were served immediately. Room was really clean and well organized when i was popped out.

It was a terrible hotel I have ever stayed. At the second night, I saw a bedbug on the curtain. I killed the bedbug. After few seconds, there was another bedbug came out to my bed. I had a nightmare here. We changed the room for the remaining nights. It would be a disaster if I bring bedbugs back to my home. This is a four stars hotel with cleanness promise and it is not a cheap hotel. It is really an unforgivable issue.

The staff are helpful for my stays . And the location for the hotel is very good . It can be improved if it can provide more different styles for breakfast for different days . Because I stayed in the hotel for more than 5 days with same food every day. But , personally, I enjoyed the stay at the hotel.

Old hotel. Showing its age. Service was decent. Breakfast was good. Location is just next to Russel Square tube which is perfect. There’s a Tesco right behind. Super convenient. Not much foot close by, but if you can walk, you can find some food.
