Great hotel, strategic location with easy access to tube and restaurants.

Great stay, location is great too. Shops are about 5 minutes with several options. Waterloo station is also nearby, this train/underground station takes you pretty much anywhere you wanna go.

The room was nice, and the air conditioning was very powerful. As this was our second trip with the kids, having strong AC was absolutely essential for a summer stay. The location is also very convenient. The breakfast selection was decent. Overall, we were quite satisfied.

The location is very convenient for transport, and the cleanliness was acceptable. The service was quite good. The hotel seemed very busy, but Waterloo Underground station is incredibly close, just about a 5-minute walk away.

First off, the location is absolutely fantastic and incredibly easy to find. Most people arrive via Waterloo Underground station. After exiting, look for Exit 2 (right next to M&S). Take the escalator down, turn right, walk straight across the road for about 200 meters, and the hotel will be on your left. Big Ben and the London Eye are just a very short walk away – you can even see the London Eye from the windows! 💝Transportation: Waterloo Tube station is right there, offering effortless access to anywhere you want to go. The real highlight, though, is the extensive and affordable bus network. You can practically reach any attraction from the bus stops directly outside the hotel. Bus 188 goes east to Greenwich Observatory (passing Tower Bridge) and west to the British Museum area (Chinatown is also very close). Bus 139 takes you to Oxford Street, Bus 148 to Hyde Park and Buckingham Palace, and Bus 360 to the Natural History Museum. Just remember to check the bus stand letter when boarding, as stops with the same name are often designated by different letters. 💝Food: Food options abound! You're spoiled for choice with Thai, kebab, Indian, Chinese, Mexican, Pret, Tesco, and more. The fish and chips next to 'Wine Food' directly opposite the hotel are super cheap, and the Lebanese kebab place nearby is also very affordable. Places on Old Vic Street tend to be a bit pricier. It really depends on your personal preference and budget! 💝Breakfast: Haha, the classic, unchanging English breakfast! Don't dismiss it; it's seriously substantial and filling. Honestly, I stayed for 10 days and couldn't get enough of it! 💝Room: A standard twin-bedded room. It's a bit dated but perfectly clean. (Given London's prices, I found this location and the room perfectly reasonable). It would be even better if the front desk staff could smile a bit more!

The hotel's location is excellent. Many parts of central London are just a ten-minute journey away, making it ideal for evening walks. The breakfast spread was also exceptionally generous. A bus stop is conveniently located just a minute's walk to the right after exiting the hotel, and Waterloo Underground and train station is only a five-minute walk further. This makes the overall transportation incredibly convenient.

Great location. Hotel was simple and clean, nice helpful staff and great breakfast! Good value given centrality.

Overall, it was very clean. Getting around was also very convenient, with a bus stop right outside the door. Considering the price, it offers very good value for money in London. The service was excellent too. My only minor complaint is that the breakfast wasn't great.

Don’t expect too much for this hotel. Over priced. Need to upgrade the room quality and facilities. Conveniently located with a 5-minute walk to Waterloo Station.

I was stuck at London Waterloo on 03 October after a major incident renders the station utterly useless and very few trains leaving the station. I had waited for a couple of hours but then decided to book an overnight room at Hampton Waterloo. Best decision I made that day. Great price, great staff and the room was very well appointed. Breakfast was very good with plenty of staff and lots of choice. I will definitely use this hotel again should I get stuck at London Waterloo station.

We have stayed at the Hampton many times whilst visiting London and this time was extra special as it was my husband’s 70th birthday. Balloons, cake and Prosecco were left in our room making it a lovely surprise for him on arrival. As always, the breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice from pastries to a full English and the waffles are delicious! Thank you Hampton we look forward to staying again on our next visit to London.

The hotel was great, and the rooms were quite spacious. I had a very satisfying three-night stay, comparable to Hampton Inn hotels in China. It's located just over a 10-minute walk from Waterloo Tube station, and roughly a 30-minute walk to Buckingham Palace and Westminster Abbey, making the location pretty convenient.

Stayed for two weeks, staff was polite and helpful, facilities are very nice. breakfast is pretty good. location is great to get around the city.

Came to London to Run Landmarks Half. Incredible weekend.
