Very tired and not well maintained at all. Carpet in room was full of stains and beware that many of the rooms have either a window facing inside or a tiny window at the top. Service is not great as well, particularly the guys. Wouldn’t recommend this at all as well. Pls stay somewhere else!

Good location and we had a pleasant stay.
Lots of nice restaurants nearby.

Book this hotel to stay and watch The blackpink concert. Hotel was unable to give room at 3pm. Have our room at 4:30pm got upgraded to suite. Room was bright and clean. Breakfast was decent. Staff are friendly and helpful in the hotel. Great location easy to get to Wembley stadium and Westfield shopping centre just 10mins walk.

If you need to be in West London with access to transport, this is a really good location; it's also easy to get to Heathrow early in the morning as we had to. We found the staff helpful, well-trained, and competent. Maybe the hotel hardware is a bit worn out, but it seems like they are overhauling things - the shower was new. For exploring West London or getting to Heathrow, we'd return without doubt.

The location is perfect if you have rented a car for further trip to outside london as there is a big shopping mall - Westfield nearby which provides thousands of car parking space with reasonable rate. No congestion charge is needed.
The room is big but the cleanliness is just ok.

I and my friends lodge for one night, I must recommend every other thing was okay aside from the customer service which is too poor, we realize no single shower gel was in the bathroom the bottles were all emptied, we called the customer service for shower gel and toothpaste to be brought to the room. we where told the paste wasn’t free it was sold,I told them never to bother about the paste and just bring the shower gel. we waited for 1 hour and it still wasn’t brought, we called over and over just for them to bring shower gel to the room, but they kept putting us on hold for over 3 hours, I had to go to the reception to collect the shower gel myself and they kept me waiting at the reception for over 5 minutes before it was handed over to me, this experience was terrible.

Stayed in junior suite in Dec. Good room size. Bathroom basin and soap dispenser faulty. Radiator in bathroom helped to dry laundry. Rooms aircon max at 28C but felt really chilly, nowhere near 28C. Litz Cafe within 2 mins walk from hotel. Westfield 6 mins walk.

The staff was rude and not helpful. The whole check-in system was down on the day of check-in, but instead of finding solutions, the staff told us to wait for it to be fixed. We ended up waiting for more than 6 hours!! The manager, Boris, even threatened to throw the guest out when they were complaining about it. Boris claimed that the guest was shouting when he was just calmly asking for an apology. This is completely unacceptable from a hotel charging this price.

Our hotel experience was quite bad. The system was down, causing a lengthy delay before we could access our room. To our surprise, we found another guest occupying the room, prompting us to report the issue and request a new assignment. The assigned room had old, dirty carpeting and a rusty shower plate. We requested a room change on the second day and were provided with a better room.

There was a significant delay to the 'checking in' process, which besides the inconvenience (over 1.5 hours of queuing), significantly impacted my and my family's plans for the duration of our stay. The room was additionally not as requested (only one bed in a room booked for 3 people), and being sent to rooms that were already occupied (due to the failed hotel booking system) is again not something I am prepared to have to tolerate. The staff did admittedly do their best to help solve the problems, but this wasn’t what I expect from an expensive hotel chain.

Disappointing Stay
I stayed for two nights and was quite disappointed. The room wasn’t very clean, and even after asking reception to have it properly cleaned, change the bedding, and provide an extra pillow for the second night, we returned to find the bed simply tidied with the same bedding and no pillow provided. There was also no hot water during the second night, which only returned in the morning. The staff felt cold and unwelcoming, and the mattress was uncomfortable. Overall, not the experience I expected.
