Staff is always available at the reception to help with early check in, luggage storage, getting extra toothpaste. Buses stop right in front of the hotel. All the amenities are top quality. Modern and all electrical charging is made convenient. Will come back again.

In room are clean and nice, perfect for families stay too. Location almost in center easy access to every where. Staff are also welcome and friendly.

I have to stay in this area for family - it’s a great area. There are better hotels for a cheaper price in this area - unfortunately I was disappointed by this place. The hotel also has a strange musty smell.

Not suitable for families, went with my young kids and the night life meant that it was very unsuitable. Breakfast was okay...

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making check-in quick and easy. The room was spotless, comfortable, and exactly like the photos—modern decor, cozy bed. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed, and the amenities were top-notch. I stayed here when I went to London on my honeymoon! Everything was perfect, the best I've ever stayed here! The staff were all really kind. When I checked in, they explained everything slowly and clearly! There was a bus stop right in front of the hotel, and a supermarket nearby that opens at 6am ^_^

This is a young hotel with a good check-in experience. Luggage can be stored for 4 pounds per piece per day. However, it took a long time to return the deposit. There was also an error in the amount, but fortunately it was resolved by email.

The room is new and spacious, with a great value for money
