Excellent location , comfortable bed and friendly helpful staff, the breakfast leaves a lot to be desired, there is no cutlery, by the time you get them your food gets cold, you have to wait for everything and if you leave your table to get something from the buffet on your way back your table already cleared and the chair is taken, it's a complete chaos

checkin and checkout is great, smooth process. just it’s not too clean. came in the room and find hair on a new pillow, also stain in the sink. they use rituals toiletries so it’s good. Also don’t recommend using the ring shower because the water will flood. other than this all good.

I had an amazing time staying here as I was on a business trip and i really enjoyed it. The room was very clean and neat. Staff were awesome and would always help.

We felt unwelcome here and the service is not great. The hotel staff did not offer assistance when needed.

It was just okay. There was no water bottles in the room and took a while to connect to chromecast. The floors are not super well labelled and a little confusing. Kettle was not cleaned when I checked. Would stay again because of location only.

Excellent location with a reasonable price! The room was excellent and the TV options were fantastic also. We used this hotel more as a base to travel into central London and with the introduction of the Elizabeth Line, our trips were made even easier versus the DLR (which is still a fantastic option but can involve changing at stations). My wife is coeliac and needs gluten free options and we were told straight up that the breakfast couldn't be guaranteed for gluten free options at the time of our stay but the staff quickly recommended gluten free breakfast spots in central London as we were heading there. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone for the location and quality of the rooms at the price point it's currently at.

Great location for O2 events. A bit further out from Central London but underground stations nearby so not much of an issue. Would recommend
