The hotel's facilities are very advanced, the entrance and light switches are excellent, and the cleanliness is very good – both aspects are excellent. However, the double room has extremely poor foot traffic; there's practically no space to move around. There are only two shelves at the foot of the bed, taking up the only available space. I went to the reception to argue with the staff and requested a room change, but the response was "Full Booking." I strongly questioned their response. Even though we are traveling as a couple, the room's limited space is unacceptable. If a room change isn't possible, I need other compensation. Initially, I suggested breakfast, but the staff refused. In the end, they only offered two drinks, which I reluctantly accepted, but I will give it a bad review. Upon further inspection, besides the lack of space, there was no bedside table, and even fewer power outlets. Frankly, if the staff had offered a room change or breakfast compensation, we wouldn't have given this review. Hotels should consider the guests' perspective and not just their own interests.
