GOOD LOCATION , FRIENDLY STAFF, BUT CAN BE MORE HELPFUL.
LIMITED FACILITIES.
ROOM ARE GOOD SIZE, AND CLEAN.
THE CLEANING CAN BE MORE REGULAR.

Good location, friendly staff but communal areas not very clean and no gym/ammenties, which is fine, but for nearly £200/night you expect that

The hotel upgraded to a suite for free. It is very worth it for the price in London! You can rest assured that the heating will be very warm when you stay.

Great overall experience and value for money. Helpful staff on hand to assist.
The sofa bed in the living room is not the most comfortable to sit on + metal parts were exposed near the back so you couldn’t comfortably sit back.

Enjoyed our stay. Nice & spacious apartment. Very clean. Straightforward to check in & out, with helpful colleagues. Good location. We needed a place for 3 adults so rather than rent 2 rooms this was a great option. Would definitely return.
