London Marriott Hotel Canary Wharf Reviews

Right by the River Thames, with convenient transport links and plenty of dining options nearby. The breakfast was excellent, and the front desk service was fantastic; they even let me check in early since I arrived quite ahead of schedule. Overall, a great experience.

Lovely stay, clean accommodation would love to prefer saty next time also.

This hotel is super close to the Elizabeth Line, Din Tai Fung, the Docklands Museum, the cinema, and the Uber Boat. We brought our kids to see the Winter Lights, and there were several light installations right downstairs – the location is absolutely fantastic! Opening the window gives you a direct view of the Thames, which is very relaxing. Although the facilities are a bit old, it didn't really matter as we were only staying for one night, and the hotel staff's service attitude was excellent.

Great location in Canary Wharf and the room was very quiet - no noise could be heard from other guests above or beside us. Pillows excellent, bed a little hard but that's a personal preference. Good breakfast with good service.

Our room faced the DLR light rail viaduct directly. Even though the soundproofing was good, you could still feel the vibrations every time a train passed. Housekeeping did a thorough job cleaning the room daily, and the restaurant staff were exceptionally friendly. There are free water dispensers on each floor, so you can refill your own bottles. Although the hotel is in a new development, transportation is excellent with the Elizabeth Line, Jubilee Line, and DLR light rail all nearby. There are also plenty of supermarkets, shopping centers, and dining options in the area. I actually found it more comfortable and better value for money than staying in the city center.

Our stay was pleasant and breakfast were great too! Very convenient location without the busy streets. Nearby shopping area is very convenient location.

Good location, close to popular destinations such as Leicester Square, Regent Street etc. There was also complimentary bar drinks, pantry fruits on the Mezannine Floor. Only issue is that toothbrus was not provided.

The hotel environment is good and convenient for getting around, especially with many schools nearby, which is great for business trips. Many Marriott hotels in China have similar ambiance, but I feel that the decor style in London is a bit more upscale than back home.

Canary Wharf location was great for city and city airport access. Hotel is nice. Water and coffee were replenished. Front desk messed up check in but offered a solution and followed through. We stayed at business side of the hotel , so it was quiet on the weekend. Next time maybe higher up. If we come back to London we definitely staying there.

This is hands down the best hotel I've stayed at in the UK. The rooms are spacious and incredibly comfortable, truly living up to Marriott's excellent reputation – I was extremely satisfied. It's located in London's new financial hub, and getting to Heathrow Airport is super convenient since the Elizabeth Line is right nearby, offering direct service.
