Atrium Hotel Heathrow

I booked a double bed, but they told me it was a twin room that could be combined. Turns out, it was a triple room. The hotel is large, and transportation is quite convenient. You can't hear the planes overhead, but dinner at the restaurant is a bit pricey.

I was assigned to stay here because of a flight delay and received a dinner voucher for the inconvenience. I'm not sure if the restaurant is outsourced, but their attitude was absolutely terrible, treating people like beggars. I just don't understand, if you can't afford to play, then don't play at all! You give us a dinner voucher, but then we go there and are told we can't order this and can't eat that, only one main course and one fruit allowed. What's that about? The hotel's hygiene was mediocre, and the soundproofing was poor. The front desk lady was very cold. The only upside is that it's just one metro stop from the airport.

The room was clean and check-in was quick. I guess they ran out of standard rooms because they gave me a quad room? It had one large bed and two smaller ones. The hotel has air conditioning, which is a rarity in the UK! It's just one stop from the airport.
