The location is quite good, but reminder to bring our own slippers.

A great little hotel in the heart of King's Cross. Within a few minutes walk of the station and underground, it's the perfect place to stay if you want easy access to all areas of London. Federica on the front desk was kind, helpful and informative. The room was clean and tidy and has all the essentials you'll need - hair/body wash, heated towel rail, complimentary water, hot drink making facilities (with biscuits!) and hair dryer. Would recommend!

The hotel room is terribly small, so small that there's no place to open my bags. I had to place the bags on the bed to open them and then store them below the bed. The picture shown on Trip.Com is quite different from the actual room. The toilet is rather clean and the toilet paper is of good quality The check-in receptionist Anna was really nice and she helped to carry the bags to our room on the first floor. The location is good as it is opposite the London King's Cross Station. From the airport, we took the Piccadilly Line all the way to King's Cross St Pancras Station, then exited by Euston south side, which brought us to the hotel with just a very short walk. I had to leave the keys with the receptionist when I left the hotel for dinner. When I returned, another receptionist simply handed me the room key without even verifying. This made me feel uncomfortable. What if the key is handed to a dishonest guest or intruder? It is okay for a one night stay if taking a train the next day, but it would feel very oppressive if I had to stay another day.

This is a wonderful hotel that I highly recommend. It has a cute exterior, a luxurious feel, and the rooms are super cute too. It's right in front of the station, so it's easily accessible and great!

Very close to the train station! The hotel is relatively small and has a good value for money. The staff are warm and thoughtful! Help with luggage and so on... I will come again if I have the chance, I recommend it!

In such a prime location, this is quite cost-effective, and the location is good. The room is small. There's construction going on across the street from the window, which is a bit noisy.

I booked a single room, which was small but clean. I arrived at the hotel very late at night and it was OK for just one night's sleep. The most important reason for booking this hotel is that it is close to the train station.
