Room pretty small, but hotel is in good location and a lot of eateries nearby

Amazing service, the front desk folks were kind and always helpful. Luggage storage for when we left. The shared bathroom was not terrible. We had a room with our own shower which was lovely for the time we spent there. Location is amazing! Right by St. Pancres and King’s Cross station. Northwards there’s Coal Drops Park and a canal walk which is great for walking. British Museum is right there as well.

The receptionist was very kind and helpful. The place was clean and quite near to Pancras station. However, the stairs made it hard to carry the baggage around. Other than that, no issue. Pretty decent for a one night stay.

We stayed at Princess Hotel London St Pancras only for a few hours as we needed to catch an early morning train. The location is very convenient, especially for St Pancras Station. The room was clean and well maintained, but it was really quite small for two people. Suitable for a very short stay, but not ideal if you have large luggage or plan to stay longer.

Not worth the money at all. The room I was given was extremely small — which I could have accepted for a single night — but the real issue was the constant noise. Because the bathroom is shared, every time someone walked down the hallway or opened the door, it felt like they were right inside my room. The disturbance was nonstop, day and night. Honestly, it felt worse than staying in a hostel, but at a much higher price. There is absolutely no sense of comfort or rest here. If you’re catching an early Eurostar, do yourself a favour: stay a little farther away and take a short tube ride in the morning. It’s not worth sacrificing your sleep or mental peace just to be close to St Pancras. I would not stay here again

We booked a room for five people — the room was quite clean, and the staff were really nice and helpful. We had too many bags and kept forgetting things upstairs, so we had to ask them for help a few times, but they were always patient and never got annoyed. We felt a bit bad but really thankful. The hotel’s super close to the station, and there are lots of good places to eat nearby. Very convenient and good value for money!

Pros: Good service, excellent luggage storage system, great location, sink in the room, fan provided. Cons: The unique scent of the room didn't suit me (not a bad smell though), the shared bathroom/shower is extremely small and only for one person, no elevator, only a fan provided (no AC).

An excellent budget choice and in a great location for Kings Cross station & St. Pancras. Basic rooms but spotlessly clean with good quality towels and bedding.

Amazing value for money based on the location. Perfect for early morning travels from St Pancras. It’s a clean shared bathroom with the other rooms. The rooms itself are as you would expect for then cost. You can hear the trains/tubes every 10 or so mins due to location (as you would expect).

Whilst there is no lift at the property and the stairs are narrow and steep, we were really impressed by the staff and the cleanliness of the property.  The rooms are well equipped and although you share a shower and toilet, there is a sink in your room.  Really impressed, now we’ve a better understanding of the layout and set up would definitely keep it in mind for future visits. Especially when travelling out of St Pancreas or kings cross for early departures. The hotel also offers baggage storage which really helped, so be mindful to pack a separate over night bag.

Spotlessly clean, excellent service, and an incredibly convenient location right next to the train station. Huge thumbs up! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Decent and bathrooms/shower are shared. Places looks clean and well managed.
