First of all, he has no elevator and has to walk two floors. Secondly, there is no free storage of luggage and it costs 10 pounds per day. Moreover, he has agreed to check out at 10:30 and he will come to ask you to leave at 10 o'clock. It takes more than 15 minutes to walk from the station. The map shows that he will ask you to leave. You walk through a garden, but the garden closes at five o'clock in the afternoon, so you have to take a long road to get in, which takes about 20 minutes, and the room is very crowded.

The room rate is cheap and suitable for budget travel. There is also a kitchen for cooking.

It would be helpful to have earplugs. You can stay in a dormitory in London at a relatively low price. It is located right next to the home stadium of the QPR soccer team.
Staff very kind.

The staff are very friendly and the environment is quiet. The location is a bit remote but acceptable. There are Tesco supermarket and Westfield nearby. Shopping is convenient. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the nearest subway station.

There is a subway station about 15 minutes on foot, so transportation is good. There is a restaurant where you can cook simple dishes, and there is an outdoor terrace connected to the restaurant, so it's not bad. Considering that it's a shared bedroom, the cleanliness is above average, so it's okay to bundle alone cheaply.

Very bad bed bugs problem and cleanliness avoid at all costs. Instead of getting professional services they spray the rooms and vacuum daily which requires guests to leave their bed at all hours of the morning very unpleasant stay

Dont. Just don’t. Bedbug hell. This family are dysfunctional to say the least. The long-term guests are testament to it.

Friendly family home, very worm environment. Friendly staff, good location in London close to the Shepherds bush shopping centre. Spacious kitchen, 2 level spacious and comfortable beds. There's a cute panther looking cat called Jinda.

Negative reviews are clearly from people with unreasonable expectations. We paid £20ea to stay in London, we weren't expecting the Hilton with room service and full English. We got what we paid for and needed, a clean bed in a shared room, friendly staff, parking, within 5min walk of a tube station so we could get to Wembley for a gig.

If you are allergic to cats - keep away - they let the cat sit on the kitchen table! Yuk. If you do too, this is just the place for you. In some ways its nice. Good outdoor smoking spots, set in park surroundings on two sides, big kitchen. Some of the 'rooms' are actually cubicles for 4 people, because not all the walls go up to the ceiling. This makes for a lot of noise that keeps you awake when people in neighbouring cubicles chat loudly late into the night. Yet we were told off by the manager for talking at 8.30 am as we said 'goodbye' to a room mate! Cake was not being served when we were there.
