Great cozy little hotel in central London. Definitely would come back if ever I need to visit London and be close to all the attractions

Had a generally fuss-free stay at this hotel until the last day when we checked out. Asked the receptionist to assist us with booking some form of transport for airport transfer, but they were unwilling to assist. We missed the cut-off time to check in for our flight to Copenhagen just by a few minutes. When we are foreigners visiting a country, we just ask for some empathy and patience, but this was not provided sadly.

A rather decent hotel considering the price and location. Bottles water in the room and biscuits is a nice bonus. The breakfast is simple.

Great location, shaver socket didn’t work and stairs to basement a bit dangerous but otherwise good value.

London was the last destination of our trip. We were a bit tired of moving from city to city but so lucky to have chosen to stay at Astors Belgravia. The staff was so nice and helpful all the time. Rooms are small but beds very comfortable. They leave tea, coffee a kettle and some snacks in your room every day which I found very thoughtful. Specially for tired travelers like us. There’s no elevator but they help with the suitcases. Breakfast was good too and with lots of options to choose from. I would definitely stay here again!

It’s a small three star hotel which has a good and helpful stuff. Though they don’t have lifts but they have a person helping with luggages all the time. I liked the family atmosphere in the hotel. It is clean but the building is quite old and walls are thin to hear the neighbors moaning 😁 . Breakfast is good but they didn’t change the menu for 2 days. Would be better if they change the menu sometimes. I left my luggages there after checking out and when I returned asked to stay there about an hour before my bus arrived. They let me and offered coffee, tea and water. All in all, good experience for a 3 star hotel.

Great location very near victoria coach station. Staff friendly, room not ready on our arrival (1.20pm), didn't offer any refreshments while we waited, so left our bags there and went out. Our room was very small, bed up tight to a firegrate, which was very dusty on the top. I asked to change but was told hotel was full. Bathroom was good, nice tiles with a good shower and towels. Breakfast was continental good selection of foods, limited seating, some guests had to wait.

The room was quite small, but unless you're paying a lot for a hotel in London, it's the same even if you stay in a small hotel. The breakfast was good, and it's conveniently located near attractions and museums. Transportation is also convenient, making it easy to get around, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby!

Warning! The room was in the basement, with no elevator and extremely narrow stairs. The air conditioning didn't work, and London was incredibly hot that day. I highly recommend considering this hotel, especially if traveling with children.

The location is good and the facilities are clean.. The only downside is that the room might be a bit small ^^

Magnificent location, correct breakfast, just enough room for three people, with good heating, hair dryer, new bathroom and great shower.

The location was close to Victoria Station and Victoria Coach Station, making it convenient for transportation. Although it is quite a distance away, I was able to walk to Buckingham Palace. The hotel was small and cozy. Like an old British home? I thought it had some charm due to its unique character, but honestly, the facilities and cleanliness were disappointing. 5th floor without elevator... ㅠ During check-in, the staff member lifted up 3 suitcases by herself (I had an injured arm and my companion had a finger injury), but I felt very sorry for staying still. The wooden window frame that goes up from the bottom has a charm, but it has black spots... There were pieces of snacks that someone had spilled under the bed, traces of past guests in the toilet, and water in the bathroom that had been drained. I know it's because London's accommodations are very old, but they seem to need maintenance. There were 2-3 popular cafes right in front of the hotel, so the atmosphere around was nice.
