Sloane Place

Hotel is located in a great area. Walking around have a lot of shopping and dinning options. Restaurant in the hotel is excellent and all the staff are good. We are recommended it.

This Hotel is just a wonderful Cozy Hotel. Although the rooms are small the way they have been designed and decorated makes the room very comfortable! The bathrooms are renovated and very clean. So nice to have a nice tub in the Bath. The restaurant was very good with very attentive servers. Will definitely come to this Hotel and area It’s not a theatre district but very walkable for shopping and Harrod’s. Hope to come back soon.

This is a delightful quiet place with helpful staff & delicious food. Just a short walk to lots of shopping & activities. You won’t be disappointed

Excellent stay as always. Perfect for Sloane Sq , Kings Road and surrounding areas. Excellent food options at the hotel. A gym would make this a perfect spot!

Quit bad experience, however the beds where comfortable. Asked for an extra duvet, but had to remind. Terrible noice from the street, asked for change of room towards the courtyard, but just was informed that I should not complain since they had upgraded me (didn't enlighten me either about this when checking in). Informed me that I had 20% of at the restaurant when checking in. Visited the restaurant and put the bill on the room. When checking out there was not possible to get a reciept, I should contact Hotels. Emailed when getting home and then the Sloane Place suddenly could send me a receipt for the restaurant. Complained that they had not deducted the promised 20% but was informed, that "as per the discount it cannot be applied after C/Out as it has to be done in person at the restaurant once you attended". Smart move to not make me realise this when checking out and not give me a receipt. I can not believe it is up to the customer to always elighten about this, since they enlightened me about this when checking in. It is not about the money, it is about the bad service.

Terrific service. Very comfortable beds, bedding, pillows. Very clean. Very quiet (our room faced away from the street). Many reviews mention small rooms, but our "king" room was a good size for a European hotel. Would stay here again without any hesitation. Great location.

Lovely hotel just one block off of Sloan Square so very close to the tube stop. Hotel is in a quiet neighborhood with a cute local pub just across the street. It has a very small lobby, but a nice restaurant and bar. Staff were super friendly (like letting us borrow a power converter that we forgot to bring from home). Room had a king bed and a tub which were great, but the room was not big which is normal for London hotels although perfectly adequate and comfortable. Great maid service as the room was spotless every time we returned home after a long day of adventuring around London. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Lovely little hotel, amazing location, fantastic staff and a great restaurant downstairs. Closely located and easy walks to all areas close to Chelsea, Kings Rd, Battersea and more. Would highly recommend.
