ibis budget London Barking

For basic hotel this was fantastic. Clean towels every day if we needed and bins emptied. The room had everything you needed if it was just a base to sleep. Worked out really well for myself and Son. We spent most of our days out around London.

Have stayed here multiple times. It's a good budget friendly option with decent connections to central London (after a 15 minute walk or short bus to the station). Clean, comfortable bed and room had a fan. Staff are super friendly at reception and left us a bottle of water, chocolate bar and a welcome note. Very unexpected and appreciated!

The hotel experience was very good overall. The location was nice and convenient, the check-in process was quick and easy, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had made a separate booking for the second day with twin beds, but the staff kindly arranged for us to stay in the same room with a double bed for both nights, which we really appreciated. The facilities were clean and well maintained. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Back again for round four! I reckon I’m officially part of the furniture here by now. To put it simply, if you want a reliable place to get your head down in London, the value here is completely unmatched. It’s easily the most competitively priced option I’ve found in the city that actually delivers on consistency time and time again. Now, about that ground-floor bathroom pong I mentioned after my previous stay... I’m happy to report things are looking (and smelling) up. There’s still a slight whiff to it, if I’m being completely honest, but it’s far less potent than last time and totally manageable, but this time I was on the first floor. I also really want to take a moment to mention the staff. They are always incredibly fast and efficient at getting everyone sorted, and honestly, they deserve a lot more credit than they probably get for keeping things running so smoothly. All in all, another brilliant, budget-friendly sleep. Huge thanks to the team for having me again!
