Had a wonderful stay here! The room was spotless, the bed was super comfortable, and the check-in process was seamless. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Excellent location with easy access to transport and dining. Would definitely stay again!"

Close to airport, 423 bus to T5. No shuttle service. Good to stay for early morning flight.

It's ok. A bit hard to figure out the buses in the middle of the night. A bit dated, carpets should be removed from the rooms.

For this price point, the location and environment are quite good. Although the sink in the bathroom was a bit clogged, the rest of the bathroom was fine and clean. The location is great, as it's a quick bus ride from the airport.

The room was clean and it's very close to the airport with convenient transportation. There's a direct bus from the airport that gets you there in just 15 minutes. It's also super easy to get to the city center from the airport! The closest attraction, and a must-visit if you only have 3 or 4 days, is the world-famous Kew Gardens.

I arrived late night at Heathrow airport and need to stay overnight to catch up early flight in the morning. This hotel is near to airport and reasonable price with Ibis brand guarantees. The room was OK although it was quiet small but just overnight is OK. No amenities in the room. Overall is fine. The taxi from the airport is very expensive almost more than the saem price for one night of this hotel!!!
