The hotel has a very excellent location. The check-in was self-service, but it was easy. The room was extremely small, but acceptable for the price.

Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing. The room was extremely cold and poorly insulated — the walls are so thin that you can clearly hear everything happening outside and in nearby rooms. Cleanliness was also a major issue, as the toilet was dirty upon arrival, which is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here.

Great reasonably priced hotel near Victoria Station. Staff were helpful and the room was clean and warm.

No proper space. Super tiny space. You can't even walk one-inch in the room. This doesn't look like a hotel. It's a cubicle. Too bad. I recommend Travellers to not rely on the photos online. It's deceptive.

Very good location. Only 5 minutes walking to Victoria train station. The room is tiny, but enough for sleeping.

Living environment below standard.

I stayed for six days but no one did daily cleaning and management for two days, which was very unsatisfactory. Prices in the UK are very expensive, and the travelers have already paid. It is the most basic requirement for the hotel to carry out daily management and service according to industry rules.

The facilities were basic, and the room was in the basement. Ugh.
