During our two-day stay at the London Bridge hotel, we were required to clean the room and leave a room cleansing card on the door. However, It was a disappointment to us that the room was not cleaned by anyone.

When I checked in and entered the room, it was very cold with the air conditioner set at 16 degrees Celsius.
There was body soap and shampoo, but it was quite diluted and didn't form any bubbles. Furthermore, I had a hard time because I didn't have a rinse.
There seems to be another hotel with the same name near Tower Bridge, so be careful.

The transportation is quite convenient

The hotel was very excellent. Location is amazing and more importantly he staff , lead by deep patel is extremely cooperative . Hotel is neat and have bar also . Opposite there is a grocery store also . Overall excellent stay , good for families

Definitely substandard when it comes to this Premier Inn. Room and hallway smelt of damp which made my child's asthma worse. There were loud intermittent plumbing noises coming from the bathroom. Windows had thick condensation even though the air conditioner was on. All areas seemed tired and rather dirty. On the good side it's only a 5 minute walk to Tower Bridge. There was a convenient store directly opposite the hotel. Also all staff apart from 1 were very friendly. Don't think I'll be staying here again.

This hotel is in a great location so we would definitely stay here again but was such a shame we had some major issues in the room, which were not addressed by staff. If they had of even checked them out, all the water from the leaking toilet in the bathroom floor would have been cleaned up. Was such a shame.

a 2night stay to explore some sights of london. convenient for tube and buses to explore although easy to get around on foot as well as close to shard, hms belfast and a few other places. the hotel was clean and comfortable with friendly staff. am intending to return in near future
